I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but the experience here was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The staff didn’t greet me at all—even after I said hello first. They looked right at me and still didn’t acknowledge my presence. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing.
If this is how they treat guests before even being seated, I can only imagine the rest of the experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I had an amazing experience at Juici Patties thanks to Sara! She’s always so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Her warm attitude and patience make the whole visit feel comfortable, even when the line is long. She keeps everything moving smoothly, answers questions without hesitation, and makes sure you get exactly what you want. It honestly makes the food taste even better when the service is this good. Juici Patties is lucky to have her! great food by the way, i believe Sara deserves a raise !!!

I stopped by Juici Patties—packed as always—but they’re usually quick with orders. This time, things took a little longer because my ticket accidentally fell. But instead of sending someone else, Mr. Green, the store manager, personally came out to explain, apologize, and even offered me a fresh batch plus an extra patty. That level of respect and customer care? Unmatched.
Big shoutout to Mr. Green, Kandi, and Sara for the amazing hospitality and patience while walking me through all the tasty options.
And the patty? Lightly flaked, super juicy—REAL Jamaican flavor.

Who doesn’t love a Jamaican patty? Well at Juici Patties, you can treat yourself to some delicious flaky patties in so many ways:
* purchase a single patty (for a quick bite)
* purchase a patty combo
* add a side item or drink with your patty
* purchase a box of 6 or 12 patties
At the moment the only variety of patties they have are: mild & spicy beef, vegan spinach, and spicy curry chicken. I don’t do anything spicy so after greeting one of the female employees, I ordered a double patty combo which came with a drink. Within a few minutes my name was called and I went to retrieve my order.
Okay so the two patties that I ordered was mild beef and vegan spinach.; and for the purpose of this review, I will take a bite of each and give my opinion….both patties are a hit with me. The crusts on both are flaky with just the right amount of filling, which is seasoned nicely. Beef patties are usually my go to, but now I think I’m into the vegan spinach.
I hope Juici Patties can come out with more patty varieties because they are absolutely delicious! I am definitely coming back for more.

Ordered the quick six and got two spicy beef, two regular beef and two curry chicken patties. It’s better than Golden Crust in terms of flakiness and the meat flavor. However the cost is just steep with it being $3.79 per patty unless you order in bulk. The spinach one is also $3.79, which is not right given it’s the same price as the ones with meat.
Also I wanted more meat in each of them, maybe by 10 percent more. Came out quick with good service.

Inconsistent quality & poor customer service. Monrgs ago, first time I bought a coco bread here it wasn’t properly baked. Raw in the middle. Bought 6 patties yesterday afternoon; perfect. Well seasoned, flaky pastry. 11am today patty tastes stale. Seems it was warmed over and not came out tepid. Soft drink fountain out of order, but i couldn’t taste the ” Tractor” drink, from another fountain before I gambled on buy. I opted for a Bigga soda, they were out of my 1st 2 choices. The one I got was barely cool. I was grudgingly given a cup with a few pieces of ice. I eventually threw away half of each patty because they tasted that bad. The cashier was “just doing her job.” No manager on site and sge was not interested in anything i had to say… very dissatisfied and may not come back.

Best patties in town. The flavor of the meat (no Diddy) is delicious. The crust is perfect and well made . Only issue is please give enough cheese in the patties and I recommend that they put color dots on the patties because I’ve bought mild for my son and few times and they were spicy . The bag labeling doesn’t work . Needs to have dye color on them to know whats spicy or mild . Just a suggestion. Other than that, great patties .

The crust on the patties was fantastic! We really enjoyed the chicken curry the best out of all the patties. The spicy beef I found a few really small chewy bits like cartilage. The service was prompted and the restaurant was very clean. The only thing they are missing is somewhere to sit down and eat. Maybe they can add some seating outside. Unfortunately we were forced to eat our patties in the car and the crust being as delicious and flaky as it is ended up getting everywhere. I will definitely go back again for the spicy curry chicken patty.

The patties were underwhelming. Had the spicy beef – the meat tasted cheap, greasy, and had a weird aftertaste. The meat to Patty ratio was also very weak. Highly unpleasant.
The coco bread was fluffy, soft, and hot. Only downside was that it wasn’t buttered inside like I’m accustomed to, yet nontheless good.
The restaurant was clean.
The staff was friendly.
Wouldn’t come back to this location. Will try the Pines location. But right now, Charlie’s Patties STILL reigns Supreme for Jamaican patties in South Florida.
