Don’t bother going to this Taco Bell!!! Stood inside for 15 minutes and could not get a single person to acknowledge us, let alone wait on us. The manager was too busy sitting on her rump talking to her boyfriend/husband. Another employee at another booth and a guy cleaning the dining room.There was not another single customer inside or at the drive-through. No other excuse than pure laziness!!! This manager should be fired!!!

Whoever owns this location needs to fire the manager. And possibly the dinner staff also. 35 minute wait in drive through. Randomly they stop taking orders. This is at 7:00 pm. I pull up ,park and walk in to be shouted at we are closed by employee. No signs stating they are closed, no signs of power outage or emergency. Randomly just closing the store and ignoring the cars lining up to place orders. Oh did I mention this is the 2nd time in 6 months this has happened. Owner needs to step in and fix this!

If you want fast service don’t come here, keep driving through! We put the order through the kiosk and then waited in line. The 4 individuals in front of us had been apparently waiting with no service. Finally they got help and it was our turn. They continued helping the drive through but nobody came to talk with us. 11 minutes went by and finally someone came to talk to us. They put the order in and FINALLY started making our food! It took 18 minutes for us to get our food and the order didn’t even come out right!

Last night around 11:30pm, a few friends and I went to Taco Bell, we went to see if the lobby was still open because we had multiple orders and felt it would be easier to do inside rather than through the drive-thru. When I went to check if the lobby was still open, we were unsure since it was so late. The door was unlocked, so we walked in. We did our order on the Kiosk because we were not greeted (not a huge deal at all) well I assume our order went through to the back because seconds later the night manager whose name is Tasha came flying out from the kitchen berating us yelling something like “hell no, how did you guys get in here the lobby is closed” we were pretty stunned because we didn’t see anything on the door about the lobby being closed and the door was unlocked. Another employee by the name of Autumn was as sweet as can be and apologetic for us being scolded. I was pretty upset about the attitude shown by the manager, it was an honest mistake. I just felt the scolding and yelling was unacceptable, especially from a manger. Nonetheless, we appreciated Autumn, and the food was great for the most part.

If I could give 0 I would. The rudest manager and staff I have ever encountered. And when we tried to speak to the manager (to order our food after we had been laughed at and the window closed in our face) she said “I don’t need to come to the window to speak with you I already told them what to say to you” Embarrassed that I paid money for sub-par food while being blatantly disrespected.

They always close the inside so that you have to use the drive thru. There is a Mexican restaurant right down the street called Arriba that provides much better food and service. Avoid this place.

My order came out perfectly and it was hot and fresh. I have a somewhat complicated order I subtract and add things (vegan sub black beans, fresco etc etc). I ordered on the screen in lobby and everything came out perfect. Satisfying filling meal.
