I just went through the drive through and my soft drink was flat. No flavor just gross and fllat…I asked for something else and the manager told me there wasn’t anything wrong with it. He said something about the sodium in it. Basically I could tell by looking at it that they needed to change the syrup but he said there’s nothing wrong with it. So rude and I’m never going back to waste my money there

They’ve been somewhat rude to us on several occasions for trying to order at the counter instead of the order kiosk. Once I even went to the counter to just ask a question while picking up a mobile order. Before I could even say anything, I was told, “you need to order at the kiosk”. The only thing I can stomach there anymore are the power bowls and cheese fries. Everything else is somewhat tasteless, but the kids like it so I go.

I ordered extra meat for my crunch wrap supreme. And I was charged for extra meat. It was on my receipt for extra meat

This was the first time using a touch screen to order. It was slower than telling the clerk at the counter. The clerk was cheerful.

I like the menu but the food is hit or miss. My potatoes were hard as rocks. There’s no way to leave feedback on online orders and their social media team is unresponsive.

Two different visits both terrible. First visit was in the evening the employee was short and kind of rude and we waited for a long time. Second visit was for my lunch break and I wanted to eat in somewhere. This is currently their sign (see pic). Doors are locked and no note on door. So, unless I’ve read “Come Dine in We Are Open” wrong you probably need to take down the misleading sign. Thanks for wasting some of my lunch time. Do yourself a favor pop on down the road to Taco John’s

Cheesy Gordita Crunch and the beefy 5 layer burritos are the bomb. But please bring back the double decker taco that has been gone for years now.

I felt sorry for the manager as she was very short handed to start with but had to come let those of us in the dinning room know she had an employee leaving and had to lock the lobby. The lady who ordered right after me was still waiting on her food when we left (we ate inside).

We went and ordered at the drive-thru. we had one vegetable that we wanted to keep off all the tacos. They still managed to get our order completely wrong and even forgot a taco. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst places, if you need to special order anything. It’s like they don’t care and make it the way they want and you either deal with it or I guess you can go back in and complain. I wasn’t even going to waste my time. The nice young lady who took my order typed every specific request that I had out and even asked me to check my screen. It’s solely the people preparing the food’s fault in my opinion. This place is notorious for not giving you all of your food or it not being correct. Ever since Taco John’s (a block away) remodeled their store, they are always packed and I believe it has less to do with the food and more to do with the customer service and the fact that they get orders correct. On a good note, the food we did receive, though it was wrong, was still tasty. The young lady who took our order was very sweet.

Food is as good as usual, service was slow, and order was wrong, sighs. No tomatoes mean I don’t want tomatoes on my tacos or Mexican pizza
