It is a typical, Chinese Take-Out, business with the usual menu and foodstuff. The food is quite decent and the wait is generally timely. The prices reflect “Post Covid-19” reality so it can be a bit pricey. The quantity is decent and, all-in-all… you can do better and you can do worse. Location is the determining factor?

Usually order from Wing Lee in Washington Township. But they were closed so I decided to order from this place since I know it used to be good. Ordered Boneless Spare Ribs well done with Pork Fried Rice and 2 other dishes. Mid way through the dish I came upon pork that wasn’t cooked. Called up, was put on hold forever because of an answering service. Finally was told to bring dish back. Drove 10 minutes. They said it was the way they cook pork and that the pork is cooked at a different time which makes sense now because the rice/pork was colder than spare bibs. Lady got mad because she said I ate half the dish. Offered to give a side order of pork fried rice to make up for the uncooked pork!!! I refused and just walked out because clearly they don’t care about customer service. So I decided to call the answering service and she said the manger has no say to that. Then I asked for owner and she said owner is never around and basically can’t get a hold of him. So I would never eat here again and would definitely not recommend a place that doesn’t value customer service, and there food is horrible and tasteless not to mention the place is dirty. If the store is dirty in front for all to see can only imagine the back

Been getting food from here for so many years and it is always good and consistent. Is it top quality fine dining…no, but its good and anyone ordering should already know it’s take-out. Recently moved to another area of Bergen County and OMG there is some really bad Chinese food out there.

This has been our go to place for quite some time now… We always pick up, not much ambience but the food is very good and always on time. It would be nicer if you could actually eat there but they have all kinds of heaters and such on the tables.

Not the place it used to be!! Yes, Covid has caused many difficulties for restaurateurs, but quality & communication should not be affected. Smaller watered down portions, cheap fillers, higher costs & failing customer service. They are now utilizing an answering service when they’re busy, so when there is a problem, your put on hold indefinitely hoping you”ll just give up! In their defense the answering service staff is trying to reach the restaurant for clarification on how to handle a problem. Why not instruct your service to manage issues with orders as you’ve done in the past?

This place became unbearable. Just tried ordering chicken soup for my sick son, the rude person on the phone started arguing with me about how much soup and how much rice they put in. Last time I ordered, they filled the container with rice and put a glass of liquid. Their fried rice is disgusting, a little bit of meat, very little soy sauce, the rest is raw onions and barely fried rice. The place is dirty and the service is rude. Plus they raised their prices 30% over the last 2 years. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My favorite Chinese food in all of Bergen county! Best Mei Fun & Egg foo young Ive ever had. They also let you add more shrimp, cashews other ingredients to their food just ask. They do it by dollar amount so you can have $2 extra cashews added to your cashew chicken & so on.
