We drove out here for a FB marketplace purchase, and this place was a great relief from the absolute horrid driving experience in this town. The silly chicken wallpaper and delicious sandwiches were much needed pick-me-ups for our excursion back home through your town’s 50 million red lights, nonsensical roads, and brain dead drivers. If we have the displeasure of finding our way out here again, we will definitely be back for more sandwiches! Thanks so much!

The best chicken sandwich I’ve had!!! They have a wide variety of chicken sandwiches and side dishes.
I LOVE the biscuits and street corn. It’s the same you’ll find in any of the chef’s restaurants (Citrus and Salt and Buttermilk and Bourbon). The lemonades are also SOOO good.
The chicken sandwiches are bigger than average. The chicken breading is very flavorful and well-seasoned.
Definitely one of my fav fast food spots. I drive all the way from Boston just for this.

I got the veggie incredible hawk and my wife got the regular snap wraps. This may be the best vegetarian sandwich I’ve ever had. My wife also loved her meal. The atmosphere is cool and clean!!

Fairly spacious inside. Decent space for waiting for take out. Inside, they have few small tables, self seating. With the combo option, you’re basically getting a drink for free. They have self serve fountain machine or you can choose the drinks behind the counter (sweet tea or strawberry lemonade).
I got the Basic Chik combo (tots). The sandwich is big and very filling. It is served on a buttered brioche but with the sauce and butter, the bottom piece of the brioche is very soggy. Agree with others about the tots. It’s not tater tots, they are bigger and very dense with a filling inside. Also got the street corn to try, this was very disappointing. Besides slightly hot flavor, the corn is very bland. I would be back for the sandwich and maybe try the fries next time.

I’d give this place 1000 stars if I could. Butterbird will definitely be my new go to spot for a quick chicken sandwich. Thuy Bird is to die for!! The chicken was incredibly juicy & crispy while the entire sandwich was packing some major flavor. So so sooooooooooooo freakin yummy. I can’t wait to try a breakfast sandwich next- The Le Coupe is calling my name!

Checked out Butterbird in Watertown — place is legit. Chicken’s wicked crispy, juicy inside, and the broccoli salad? Shockingly solid. Got the Classic sandwich, no regrets.
Vibe’s chill, staff’s on point, and yeah — it’s a bit more than your average takeout, but the quality backs it up. Worth every buck. I’ll be back, no doubt!

This restaurant is a spinoff of buttermilk and Bourbon and it’s so yummy! I was really craving a good chicken biscuit but couldn’t find any places that were serving some for a weekday brunch (post cfa breakfast hours), until I stumbled upon here! It’s truly a gem and deserves much more recognition! Hopefully, they get some places closer into the city soon 🙂

biscuits are heavenly, especially the pimento cheese and strawberry butter that comes with it. I love getting the 2x chicken tenders with garlic toast, they are very nicely sized for $8. getting a biscuit (with AMAZING spreads) and two large fried chicken tenders and garlic toast for $13 is sooo good.
