I ordered on the mobile app the last time I went and ordered a Baja Blast. Unfortunately, they had no carbonated beverages available. That isn’t Taco Bell’s fault and that isn’t what upsets me. The options presented to me were pretty much Gatorade and strawberry lemonade and tea. I don’t like Gatorade very much or tea, so I asked for strawberry lemonade. Of course, they just ran out of strawberry lemonade. So I was left with two options that I did not enjoy at all and I paid for a large drink. My friend in the same situation asked if we could possibly get a single taco instead and he was quickly shut down and laughed at for suggesting a taco. Again, I’m not upset about the circumstances they were in, but the handling of the situation from the managerial staff was terrible and I ended up going home with a bottle of orange juice that I also don’t enjoy. I would like my money back soon.

I visit this restaurant pretty much on a daily basis and they are always fast and friendly EXCEPT for at night time. Definitely need to work on the night shift. Im not even gonna get started on that one.

Very little meat or chicken for the tacos. Got more taco shells than anything else. But yet that charge you so much. One little strip of beef and two if you are lucky three little pieces of chicken strips. Sad…

Couldn’t get help from the employees, they were rude. It was like +4 employees inside and they decided to keep the lobby closed, so wen I pass through DT they make me wait for 30mn for the order. While every employee saw me waiting there but they all were more worried talking to each other and eating free food while I was being ignored. So the lady in the DT finally came back and opened the window completely abruptly, she don’t even asked what was wrong, looked at me ugly and when I explained her that I haven’t gotten the order she act offended with the other co-workers becuse they all ignored me while she did exactly the same thing.

This would be an awesome place for a Taco Bell KFC! You can sit in the drive through line and nobody will wait on you even though the hours of operation on the door say they are open. Avoid this place after watching a video on Facebook of a guy taking a bath in the kitchen sink I will no longer do business with this establishment. Update they have since got rid of KFC since the remodel and the firing of the employee taking a bath in the kitchen sink I thought I would give it another try they still don’t come to the speaker box to take your order.. avoid this place at all cost
