All of it was disgusting all old food can tell by the taste. Even my own 6 year old didn’t even eat the food we bought from there. Secondly rude as hell employees and lazy as well. Had an attitude the whole time. Didn’t bother helping anyone that’s asked about the kiosk and told multiplecustomers they wouldn’t help them at the front counter and they had to use kiosk well guess what some of us don’t know how to use that crap. An itsbeasier for someone to just take a dang order then us having to go to a computer and order from it which takes longer to do. I will never be going back here after my experience and I used to love this place but nah not now. Place is worse then mcdonalds and that’s sad.

We went in to order. After waiting an employee said we had to use the kiosk. So we went to our car and ordered from phone app. The phone app kept wanting a 4 digit code??? Went back inside employee was not any help at all. We ordered 3 soft tacos, and 1 taco no cheese and 1 soft taco no cheese, we also ordered mild sauce (4) and the twists. I received notice on email that our order had been placed. Went back in because phone screen was stuck on wanting a 4 digit code. So I went back in, after a while I asked if we needed to go thru the Drive-Thru. She turned around, grabbed a sack, placed it on the counter. When we got back to our rv (3 blocks away). The soft tacos were cold and there was no sauce. Nope, won’t go back! Very disappointing.

I just went through tonight to get some late night food and as I was ordering on the drivethru mic asking for nacho fries someone in the back yelled “NO” very disrespectfully, i think you people tend to forget we can hear you especially when your yelling. god forbid you do your job, my nacho fries came out over done as if it was done on purpose to stop people from ordering them… their so hard i literally bout broke my damn tooth biting into it. such a waste of money, if it was made for any of the employees it would be made fresh, why is a paying customer any different?

uh so i usually don’t review on stores, but like i felt the need to share this. i mean yk everything was fine going thru the drive thru but when i sat down to eat my food i was dumbfounded. to note i usually get a chicken chalupa no lettuce or tomatoes, but they have never and i mean never have done it like this.

So walked in here last night with my wife and my son after football practice. I have been seeing these $3 burritos all over the internet and figured it’d be a quick and simple dinner for us after a long day’s work/school/practice. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes nobody came to greet us or ask us for our order. Finally got tired of waiting and whenever the kiosk and tried to order off of that. Could not find the $3 burritos on the kiosk. So finally one of the employees came to the counter and I asked her about it and she told me that it should be on there. Want to ask her where on there it would be she said it should be on there and turn then left. Show me not trying to feel like a complete idiot went back to the kiosk and I spent another 10 minutes digging through each and every single button on the screen and still couldn’t find them. So as I turn around the young lady is coming back and I asked her again, and again her reply is it should be on there. So I ask her can you just take my order at the teller machine. No response whatsoever, she just turns around and walks away.

Had to wait for the wheat to be milled and tortillas to be made before they could be fried. Luckily the girls volleyball team showed up and the gentlemen got interested in service, we just had to wait until they were taken care of first so we could get our burnt Mexican pizzas. Not the worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had, but close.

This place is way much better than the last time I came here 3 years ago. Taking away KFC made this Taco Bell so much better. Staff are really nice inside and have very fast service with great food.

$120 order for 6 hard working out of town men, completely incorrect and paid for extra steak on all the order and not a single piece of steak on any of the double steak ordered burritos or quesadillas, yes you heard correctly not a single piece. The young punks running this place had their friends inside getting free food but the hard working paying customer get nothing like they ordered or paid for? This is absurd and we will be in contact with corporate.

I was having trouble with the app and one of the employees was so kind and patient with me, helping me through (because the kiosk was not taking my app log in code.) She was so patient and I really appreciated that! My food came out in a timely manner, was correct, despite my customizations, and was super yummy and well made! Thank you to the morning-ish staff there. That’s why you are my favorite Taco Bell in the area!

Very rude. Went through drive through because I have a brain injury and some times I don’t feel like going inside. So I ordered the food. I get to the window I forgot to order my sweet tea. I asked the the lady if I could add it on and she said no. You can’t add anything at the window. Wow really since when? You have 2 people standing there and you have to wait on your food. I called and complained. Then my kids have lettuce and onion on their cheese roll ups which is only supposed to be cheese. Get it together ! Worst service ever and I’m pissed! The manager tells me u can have a combo me tell them my name next time u come in. She wouldn’t even take my name down.
