Customer service was great, food not at all. I understand prices have gone up on EVERYTHING. I spent $72 on food tonight, and my tacos hardly had any meat, cheese, or tomatoes on them. They were VERY cold. We had quite a bit of missing food (which wouldn’t have been as upsetting if the food was made better). Our qusdillas had enough ingredients for about half of one and the we ordered one with extra sauce but both had very little sauce to begin with.

Everything was fine the last time we went, but this time. They were out of ice, mango tea, regular tea, lemon lime, co2 tank for Pepsi was out , and ordered 3 soft taco Supreme, but got 3 regular soft tacos. We had the lady behind the counter do our order for us,because I like customer service not machine service. WE WILL NOT be going back. The Customer after us also couldn’t order on machine. We like live people to talk to. When is a machine ever customer service .

I hate giving bad reviews but Iam finally giving a review to this restaurant after going to it for over two years when I moved in 2020. I love Taco Bell and I do get the midnight cravings but it does seem every time I go to this restaurant especially at this time of night there is always an issue with the food. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management will improve their issues.

Service was below average, and atmosphere was a drive through. I was shorted 2 items. The food was quite bad. All of the 8 tacos I ordered had shells that tasted like they just came out of the box after sitting on a shelf for 6 months. They were not heated like they were supposed to be to get the proper texture and consistency. The meat was bad, even for the stereotypical tacobell standard we all are expecting and enjoy. It looked like canned cat food or spam. I’m giving this rating solely on the facts that the meat was incredibly bad even by the tacobell standard, they didn’t bother to bake the shells, and they forgot 2 of my tacos. This is the first time I’ve been to this location, and I do plan on going back to try this location again. I’ll just check my food before I leave like I was supposed to do to begin with.

This has been the most convenient location to us since our move 5 years ago. I quickly learned to avoid at all costs, but sometimes my Taco Bell cravings were too strong and I would give another chance and be disappointed again. However, tonight I went for the first time in months and the place is completely different! From the drive thru the interior kitchen and dining looked spotless and well lit for once. The staff was extremely cheery and sweet! They were all singing together and really looked like they were having a great time at work. They were also clean and well spoken which is not common at this location. Not only was my order correct, but it was hot and as fresh as you can get at Taco Bell. My chalupas and quesadilla were built perfectly, not just slopped together with minimal ingredients and even the wrapping on the chalupas was like origami! And there was zero wait! I don’t leave reviews often but I was truly impressed with the changes that are happening at this location and want them to know they are all doing an amazing job!

Didn’t receive the correct food for our take out order, had to ask twice for a cup for my drink. After I placed my order on the kiosk, I counted 12 cars that came and went through the drive thru, so our wait time was considerable. Two people came into the store during our wait due to incorrect orders from the drive thru. When we arrived, no one was in the dining area and there were no cars in the drive thru.

They were out of lettuce. Ordered nacho bell grande and they didn’t put anything besides meat and cheese on them. They are open late but they always are out of something when we stop, but we don’t stop very much due to this. But the staff is really friendly and that’s a big PLUS because alot of them are not anymore.

I mean it is Taco Bell! So you get Taco Bell when you go to Taco Bell! Great place for Munchies in after drinking!! One thing to keep in mind when going to a Taco Bell is they have a timer in the Drive-Thru managers get docked bonuses and pay raises!! Do they always only care about the drive-thru over the dining they possibly could get fired if they’re times in the Drive-Thru aren’t down! 50 cars could go through the drive-thru before one person gets served in the dining room! Helpful tip at Taco Bell always go through drive-thru if you want your food fast!!! If you wait in the dining room for your food you may be waiting a long long time! So use the drive-thru dining room sucks!!! Have a good one!

I ordered 2 soft taco supremes from the drive thru. When I opened each of them, most of the ingredients were outside of the tortillas and completely sloppily and carelessly thrown together. They were impossible to eat in the car without at least 10 napkins and a spoon. And there were no napkins. No way could u try to eat one without getting everything all over your car and particularly the steering wheel. What a mess!

Waited 30 mins for food. While waiting the employee told the customer in the drive thru to kill themself. Our order was messed up 2 times. Everyone coming in their order was wrong. Terrible attitudes I WILL NEVER be here again. No one asked if anyone wanted help or anything. Disrespectful people
