I came here and spent $75 on taco packs and Mexican pizzas and a couple of the double beef burritos. As you can see from the pics, the Mexican pizza was poorly made, barely had any beans or meat on it, the tacos barely had any meat, and the “double beef” burrito was basically a double tortilla burrito. No way am I paying $75 and get this as a result. The only good thing I experienced here was the very nice lady in drive through calling me sweetheart. Other than that, the food prep IS NOT how many other taco bells are. Truly scamming here.

Your store in Noblesville, IN right off of sr 37 in front of Walmart is probably the worst in the area. Placed an order for 2 steak quesadillas at 9:55pm, add jalapeño, no jalapeño, not even cut. Had maybe 5 pieces of steak and maybe an oz of cheese all piled in the very middle of the quesadilla for both so 80% tortilla. This is probably the 12 time this has happened. Most of the time the store never answers and if they do as soon as its a food complaint, hang up. Also got a beefy potato griller, no potatoes, once again maybe an oz of beef, mainly tortilla. Your night time managers and shift leads are obviously not looking for or striving for quality anymore and it’s sad, I’ve been and still work in food service for 19 years now, a couple of those was managing the tacobell in carmel back in 2012. This store is so bad it has a 3.0 rating on Google with all quality and management issues. If it continues, I can guarantee the town Of Noblesville will stop spending their hard earned money there. I know for me, I’ve given you guys enough chances and I don’t think I will ever be back at a Tacobell again.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I rarely go here bc it’s always a bad experience. Tonight, after working a 12 hour shift, hungry and on my way home, I ordered online a bean and rice burrito add red sauce, potatoes, black beans and onions. When eating the burrito I noticed that there were no potatoes and no visible black beans. I drove up to the drive through again and let the worker know about the mix up. The response I got was “ oh well that’s an app issue not a me issue. I guess I could maybe give you a cup of potato’s just this time.” . Not only did they make me feel like I was a thief, I was actually the one Taco Bell stole from. I understand that the potato’s and black beans cost something like $0.30 each, But I paid for them, and for them to be in my burrito. It’s truly does no harm for them to make my food, that I PAID for, correctly. Just a total lack of customer service or care. I will absolutely NEVER come back here. If you have a late night craving for fast food, I highly suggest checking out absolutely ANY other fast food joint in the area. There are plenty others and they all do a wonderful job.

Have been to this location a few times over the last few months and everytime I’ve been here, there’s been a 20+ minute wait in addition to the food being “average” at best. My recent visit today was the worse of them all. Waited for about 45 minutes while others got their orders before me. They even gave my order to someone else so they had to remake it which took another 10 minutes. I’ve seen Taco Bell’s in not so good areas with better service

Ima be honest, I came in and ordered with only 1 other person in the place. I sat for 30 minutes while over 10 people went through the drive through and then when I got home I got a taco with 0 mean or lettuce. Crazy I spend this much time on this.

They will always skimp you on your order, anytime I come to this location you’re getting a skinny burrito, I ordered a quesadilla tonight, I even paid for extra chicken, I asked the guy “hey is that thing gonna be big?” He said he was watching be made and he couldn’t believe it. Sitting in the drive thru for over 30 mins when I placed an online order is insane… pay more than up to $14/hr (as posted) and maybe you’ll have staff that want to actually work. This is ridiculous especially when my lunch is only 30 mins long !!!

Been through the drive-through here several times the weight can be a bit long, but the people are extra nice probably the nicest fast food I’ve ever been to when it comes to the employees. Also, when the weight is a while, they do explain that sometimes the chicken or whatever was ordered is freshly dropped and just needed some extra time to cook

Everytime have to come here, we end up waiting over 30 to 45 minutes for pick up order with some having been ordered 10 minutes before getting to the store for pick up. I understand there are hard days and times and getting behind, but EVERY TIME? Orders have several times been wrong or had missing items also. Does not matter what time of day come either. Many others that are waiting for their pick up orders have said the same. Taco Bell PLEASE HELP THIS LOCATION, they really need it!
