They are closed at 2 am but they stop taking orders before half an hour and they cant take order drive thru for truck drivers they want to come in drive thru on 18 wheel.Hire good staff those having knowledge for store policy

If I could give this location a zero I would. I go inside to order because I want a person to take the order not a drive through. I am told to use the kiosk. I said I came in to place my order with cash. Again told to use the kiosk. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have used the app on my phone to which they always mess the order up same as the kiosk. I am glad this location cares about customer services and assisting customers with taking order. This place and its employees are a waste. I will never go back to this location. A waste of space when they could have put a better restaurant in there.

Delicious! I had a wonderful burrito and hard taco. I especially enjoyed the Blue freeze beverage! We also tried the doughnuts. They were filled with a very tasty frosting and warmed to perfection.

The food was ok. The service was terrific. The lobby was closed but they kindly let me in to use the restroom. Just to put my day in perspective, my Dad is in hospice and will most likely die in the next day or so. I was rushing to be able to spend time with him. I live 3.5 hours away. I am hungry and upset. That little bit of kindness made the day just a small bit better. They didn’t have to let me in but they did. Kindness still exists in a generally unkind world. Just think if everyone did just a little bit like these Taco Bell employees.

Taco bell really wasted their money building this place. Lobby is NEVER open. Staff takes AGES to make ANY food. The line is ALWAYS backed up. Just take the extra couple minutes to drive to the one on Claremont and you’ll still get your food faster.

Let me start with saying that if it were possible to leave a negative rating, then I would be doing so. This has been the worst experience dealing with taco bell I have ever had. We ordered lunch for 3 of us from our work. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were told we couldn’t place our separate orders(total of 3)through the drive which is the policy, so whatever. Went inside to the dining room, which was extremely dirty as well as behind the counter being dirty. Employee working the register greeted us very rudely and had a poor attitude the whole time we were placed our orders. Upon arriving back to our work, and try to begin eating, we realized that every one of our orders were either missing items or was completely wrong all together. The food we did receive, was made incorrectly, cold and thrown hap hazardly in the bag. This is also not a one time issue, we have given this location several chances to keep our business and they have failed miserably every time. We will NOT be going back after today’s visit, as well spreading the word through the community to not go to this location as well.

My boyfriend ordered online for food late on fourth of July. And it says they changed their hours on here but the order was still accepted through door dash. But when my boyfriend went through the drive thru and it was his turn they didn’t say a word. Nothing to him. My boyfriend spent at least 30 minutes only to find out that they are closed but they didn’t tell him through the speaker that they were closed. This was the worst service I’ve ever received from a taco bell and I won’t forget it. They see when they get orders and they accepted it and didn’t say they were closed. I work at restaurants and this is unacceptable.
