This is honestly the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. The food quality was terrible, they were unbelievably slow, and my meal was burned. On top of that, the inside of the restaurant was very dirty.
If management truly cares about customer feedback, please consider hiring staff who actually know how to prepare the food properly. I strongly recommend going to a different location farther away — just don’t come to this one.

I came to Tacobell with my vehicle and traveled 30 minutes to eat. Unfortunately, even though there were employees inside, I came 2 hours before closing time. They did not cook for me and said they would not cook. This is really a shame. It does not suit a company like Tacobell. Please work with people who do their job well. If you are going to do this job, either do it well or not at all.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Pulled up at midnight and was told they would not allow me to order anything. The person handling the store at this time doesn’t deserve to even service people. Completely unprofessional. Might as well just close this location & quit wasting money on the wages of the staff. Theres not a chance this store performs in a profitable way when its being ran into the ground. Do not waste your time, or money here.

Honestly for thw area and the other places ive ate around here I didnt have High hopes, but I was hungry and gave it a chance …. wow my food was fresh hot and delicious the staff was super friendly and not rude .. my food for being taco bell was fantastic.. so good I made a point to go up to the counter and tell them how much I enjoyed it .. they have a good crew working today this is Thursday 2025 the day before Halloween

They are very rude gave us someone else’s order, then we went back to get our order and they swore up and down it was the right order. We didn’t have chips or cheese with our meal. We were missing tacos. They threw the chips and cheese and another bag, which had two bags but only one chips spilled all over the bottom, The sauce has old sauce all over them very messy, very unprofessional! Too worried about being outside smoking that other peoples cars. I know it’s fast food, but damn have some pride in your job never again.

Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos and chips and nacho. The potatoes were hard and crunchy. You could tell they were old and sitting for a while. Then the “bag” of chips had 5 chips in it. It’s pathetic, menu so simple and yall still mess it up.

I used the Taco Bell app to order some items from this restaurant for delivery. It was only after I submitted the order did I find out door dash was delivering it. Food was delivered promptly, however, I was given the wrong beverage item in my order. Door dash advised me to report it through Taco Bell app, which I did (as that was where I placed the order) and i received an automated message that I can have a free large soda next visit. I don’t typically have the app on my phone nor go to this location, and honestly just wanted my money back. I called the location and after several attempts (first few times hearing an automated message that “the party you are trying to reach is unavailable”) I finally was able to speak with the most unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with. He stated I had to take this up with door dash, which I explained the situation that I had ordered through the Taco Bell app, not door dash. I then asked to speak with the manager and he said “I am the manager” then quickly said she’d be in tomorrow. I said okay what time and what is her name so I can ask for her? And he promptly hung up on me. Customer service here is appalling, don’t go here, and don’t use the Taco Bell app, because if you get the wrong item or wrong order you will absolutely get the run around and no refund or recourse. I cannot in good faith blame the door dash service because they didn’t do anything wrong, nor did I know they’d be assisting with the order until after I placed the order on the Taco Bell app. Do better Taco Bell. I won’t be coming back for a long time, and really only came because someone in my party specifically requested this meal for a special occasion.

come thru to get food 9 am, the lunch menu is up. ask for a burrito get told they only serving breakfast. hard to order food when the wrong menu is up and got attitude when i tried ask about it. go figure the food came out col. I dont know how this place stays open. attached is photo of the quesadilla notice none of the cheese is melted terrible experience.
