I go to a Duncan almost every day. They are all basically the same so the only thing to really rate is the service. The service here is the slowest I have ever experienced, anywhere. I waited for over 15 minutes for a SEC wake up wrap. Really??? I love Duncan and will most certainly continue to. Just not this one.

Chris was extremely unpleasant. She was yelling at the employees as I and other customers were waiting for our orders. I also asked her a simple question about cream and sugar and she gave me a rude and short answer. Everyone else there was super friendly, drinks came out quickly and Emma was very helpful.
