By far one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had! The service was quick, the restaurant was spotless, and every employee I interacted with was so nice, joyful, and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers. My food was fresh and satisfying, and the whole visit just felt easy and pleasant. I’ll absolutely be coming back — this is officially my go-to McDonald’s for me and my kids!

Grand opening!!! Amazing staff!! So cheerful, very helpful. Tiny dining area. Food fast and ready upon arrival using app. (Might want to remove plastic from cameras on outside of resturant)

So nice to have a new McDonald’s that’s not near the chaos of the Target shopping center. I gladly drove several miles past that McDonald’s just to go to this new one only to be disappointed.
Upon entering it was VERY clean. The staff were SUPER friendly!
Buuuuut…
I was the only one there. So why did my food take forever to come out and why was my burger so cold that the cheese on top was also still cold? I also got a new spicy chicken sandwich that was also barely warm. The only thing that was actually hot were the fries. So I guess everything else had to sit and get cold while the fries cooked? Not very good multitasking.
I’ll try the drive-thru tomorrow and report back. Lol
Update: I went through the drive-thru for lunch today. The quality was the same as yesterday, the fries were hot, all the other food was lukewarm. All I can think is that they are not fully cooking everything to keep the drive-thru flowing quickly. Which is dumb, because they haven’t been busy both times I’ve visited. I’ll take warm food over cold food any day…. even if it means I have to deal with traffic. ♂️

Just visited because it’s out of the way of the busy parts of the city. Kids working there were not very friendly. No response just shoving the bag out the window and I said thanks. I just feel that a little more effort towards customers would go a long way for the future. This generation of kids are just lacking in social skills.

Let me start by saying the staff has been kind and welcoming every time Ive been through the drive thru and the restaurant is clean. The down side is every time ive went, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Ive tried to give this location many chances but its absolutely ridiculous. Its like the order details aren’t being paid attention to at all. I pay for extra syrup and cream in my iced coffee and it never comes with it. Today I got a steak egg and cheese bagel and there was no egg on it, and that was just todays mess up. I understand this is a new restaurant but come on, do better.

I have been here 5 times and every single time there has been a problem. Whether I order on the app, or order in person; something is wrong. They tell you to drive up to the second window and wait for an item, then you just sit there while employees look at you and just glare. No buddy, you’re right; I’m just sitting here for my health. It’s like they hired the worst people from every location to launch this building up. The food is good because all the equipment is new, but if their cleanliness is anything like their service, I give this place 6 months before it’s another restaurant. The manager is great, she’s always super friendly and nice. But she has a VERY bad supporting cast.

There were a couple of issues with the order: the fries were soggy, and I ordered 40 nuggets but only received 20. However, the manager handled the situation well, and the service was great.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s, and that’s really saying something. It took 20 minutes to receive two coffees. Not a single apology or concern from anyone. No offer for a discount, absolutely nothing. Multiple workers walked by without even acknowledging me. BTW I was literally the only person in the restaurant.

They park all the cars instead of adjusting to the flow of customers. They only care of the drive thru times and will park all cars vs actually being honest and servicing customers in a timely manner… waiting 7-8 minutes for 2 biscuits and a mcgriddle on a Sunday morning at 930 is crazy and no my chicken was not fresh.(I thought that was the reason, nope.. ohh and no fork!) They park in the window up front and the spots meant for something else just to make the time look better. Not a good 1st impression.
