Absolutely awful staff. I don’t think any adults run this place. They are rude to customers, close down whenever they want and the food is terrible. I would recommend eating garage before eating from this location. I work for a delivery service and have been here several times. HORRIBLE in every aspect

The last 4 times I’ve been here they say they are only taking mobile orders and door dash. Shocked this place is still open. Nobody wants taco bell THAT bad to have to order those ways. And most recently happened after they upgraded the drive through menu. Desperately needs new business model or new manager

Waited in line for 20 minutes @ 11:20 and got to the order window/section and they stated they closed early because the manager had school in the morning. Closing time was 12. No excuses to make someone wait and then tell them you’re closed. Unacceptable.

I can not remember the guys name, but HE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRRR!!! My family and I flew into Orlando for vacation. A flight delay caused us to come in around 2am. Only place open around the Marriott hotel was the Wawa & Taco Bell. My husband is Jamaican & only likes certain types of food. Off the bat, the positive and bubbly energy this guy gave just taking our order was phenomenal!!! I asked if we could get a bowl of rice for my husband. He made it happen & happily! No attitude. Just genuinely nice and helpful. Which we could appreciate after all of the delays and attitudes from pple in Orlando. He was literally the nicest guy we met in Orlando. Everyone is so grumpy or rude! I need the General Manager of this Taco Bell to know you have a gem working there. Tall white guy that was there on June 11th around 3:00 am. Please let him know that we appreciate him very much and keep up the great vibes. Give that guy a raise also! Because who is so nice and helpful that works at Taco Bell on the Grave shift??? We eat out every single day & have never gotten such great service.

I give day shift FIVE stars but night shift… 3/4 of the time I come at night they say their systems are down and they can’t take your order. It happened so many times that I downloaded the mobile app and expect them to tell me they can’t take my order when I come at night (because the only orders they will do you are from the app).

This place is a joke. If you go through the drive thru at night they say “we’re only taking online & DoorDash”. Literally no one in line- no one in sight, but they won’t take your order. The 1st time this happened I assumed they were busy, but they’re not, these people are just lazy. It’s disgusting. Very bad business practice, don’t even waste your time going at night.

They told me to go F myself when I wanted food through the drive through because they were only doing online order pickup. There was literally no way to tell. Imagine that, people wanting food from a restaurant.
