The lady working inside (younger Asian woman) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes multiple times locking the door not allowing customers inside the restaurant while staring at them and laughing rather than explaining as to why the door was locked at 10pm when they are clearly open. Will NOT be returning, incredibly disappointed in this establishment.

Do not pay for extra anything at this location. They don’t give it to you. I have lived here for 11 years and every time I order from this place I pay extra and I get less. I always order three or four soft tacos with extra lettuce and cheese from my daughter and I never get it, but tonight I only got six pieces of cheese on her Taco each. I feel like they’re trolling us and it’s ridiculous. I paid way too much to get trolled

Ya so stopped by and picked up lunch for myself an some coworkers, get back to work pass out the orders to find I was shorted a taco from a combo so I gave mine to my buddy eating my chalupa and am half way thru it when I bite into something with the wrong texture I spit it out and looked at the chalupa and well I’ll let you check the photos to see part of a plastic bag in my chalupa!

Cashier Keira C must have been really having a bad day. I had asked could I get a hand full of the 2 sauces, implying a lot of sauce.
Keira replies with, “I am not going to give you a hand full of sauces, so tell me how many packets do you want?”
“I want 10 of each then.”
(She looks at me all smug before her snarky comment)
“You want 20 packets of sauce with your 3 items?”
“Sure do!”
I didn’t get the amount of sauce I asked for all because she wanted clear directives, and when she did…

Ordered a 12 pack of tacos. Half crunchy, half soft for my kids to have for lunch. I get home, and my daughter comes to me with her crunchy taco open, asking if they ran out of food today! I go open the other crunchy tacos. All of them literally have a squirt of meat, 3 strands of lettuce, and no cheese!!!! I call the restaurant and ask for a manager. Andrea I believe, is her name, gets on the phone, and literally just says hello . I told her my problem. She said, and I quote, “Did you call the right taco bell? I dont remember making that. If you bring them back, we can remake them, but I don’t know what you want me to do. To have a nice day. ” luckily for her I wasn’t feeling too good, or I would have went back up there. Moral of the story, Andrea needs more training in the customer service department. Also, there needs to be a quality check before throwing it out the window. There’s NO WAY those tacos soils of been served like that and NO WAY a manager should be speaking that way.

Here is the food at Cedar Lake Taco Bell 11/10/2024. Skip it and drive the extra mile to D’Iberville. At Cedar Lake, no meat and sloppy presentation. Total waste of money. Get orders done correct 0/5. Don’t be disappointed and waste your money at Cedar Lake Taco Bell. Be happy, drive the one extra mile to go to D’Iberville.

I was completely disgusted with the quality. I paid extra for steak on my Grilled Stuffed Burrito. I got the same amount. My wife’s Dorito Loco Taco was horrible. The sauce I wanted with my burrito was barely anything there. Also there wasn’t even the nacho cheese for the fries. The Crunch taco wasn’t crunchy one bit. I won’t ever come back. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to!
