I am not a fast food lover, however I did once enjoy the Mexican pizza no meat extra onions. I have not had one in year, since the took it away so long ago. I have been here in Hornlake for just over 10 months and the dining room at this location has almost always not been open. I finally got to sit down and have the only thing I ever really liked here. I saw they have a veggie Mexican pizza which turns out is what I’ve been ordering all of those years, minus the important onions. I also don’t really do much sugar, but do like the mango tea they offer. I scarfed down my pizza and did so enjoy it, heartburn and all! I only gave the food 4 stars not because it tasted bad, but because I know it’s processed fast food.

I unfortunately can’t rate the food because i never received it. Cashier is rude and has a horrible attitude. She lied to my husbands face and said that someone else already came and picked my mobile order up which is impossible because it’s just me and him and I’m 9 months pregnant and on bed rest. Then when i called on the phone and explained that to her then she got a rude attitude and told me she never told him that. She lied to me again and said they never got my order and couldn’t make it but they marked my order as ready for pick up. Every single taco bell in the horn lake/Southaven area is HORRIBLE! They’re full of lazy, entitled people who don’t know how to do their jobs. I keep going back because the pregnancy cravings are strong and taco bell is the only thing that doesn’t make me violently Ill but if you aren’t pregnant and craving taco bell i highly suggest saving your money! I am never going back to taco bell once my child arrives.

I pulled up to the speaker to be told “the taco system is down.” This will be my final attempt to be served here. It is ALWAYS something at this location. Last time it was “we only take exact change” time before that it was “place your own order” But I only had cash.

So Apparently, It’s a common thing that they refuse to take orders even though it’s only 8:30pm. They say they can only accept doordash and Uber eats. When you call, they refuse to answer the phone. Once they do answer, they hang up before speaking and take the phone off the hook. So don’t waste your time. Just drive 2 miles down to the other one if you need service. You won’t receive it here.

We try and avoid eating from this Taco Bell cause every time we do, they always mess up your order. Not only that, we’re kinda sick of getting soggy food that’s not meant to be soggy like hard shell tacos. I don’t understand how this has gone like this since 2018. Order from another Taco Bell or another fast food chain

Ordered three breakfast wraps. First one I opened to put sauce on had three pennies inside. I was originally going to hand this to my eight year old grandson. Obviously he could easily have choked on them. I returned to the Taco Bell to show them and was Treated awfully. I did manage to get my money back but was offered no apology or explanation when I ask why there was coins in the food prep area. I would not recommend that anyone eat here. All very traumatic.

They’ll get your order right 0 out of 10 times. I guarantee it. They’re more worried completing your order than taking it. Nobody there cares about their job or doing it even half way right. You can see it on every one of the employees’ faces. It’s pretty sad.
