I agree with you Jeff, “service is consistently slow.” I have to give 1 ⭐ so that I can write a review. First, the machine didn’t work after spending time thinking that the order went through. Second, the cashier was not available to pay the order. Lastly, the order number was not showing for the customers to see the status of the order. What happened to fast food??? Bathrooms were cleaner than the actual eating area. Order tickets on the floor and counter top. Thus, mixing food with used paper receipts on the counter. It must be a violation of some sort.

I eat at this McDonald’s probably three times a week on my way to work for breakfast and the breakfast is always excellent. A hot coffee consistently. Good food. A happy employees and one thing else I’ve noticed is they’re always cleaning. This has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been to. I just happened to be in the area for lunch and it was the same consistency and great results. Honestly, I’ve been through a lot of McDonald’s in the course of my life. This has to be without a doubt the best one. It’s random and in the middle of nowhere but it’s the staff and whoever is running this particular McDonald’s that makes a difference.

I’ve only used the drive-thru at this location in combination with the McDonald’s app. The service is always very efficient, friendly and professional. The food is consistently very good and the app is one of the best I’ve experienced. The values you get through the app are excellent.

Amazing! I was gobsmacked by the genuine politeness of the voice over the drive-thru speaker. This young man “yes mam-ed” and “no, mam-ed” every response to my many questions. With McD’s the food is the same everywhere, but the service? That varies tremendously. The customer service at this Cocoa Beach location was refreshing.

We go once a week, so they know what we want. My husband likes this McDonald’s because they haven’t removed the soda machines yet. We always use coupons.

Absolutely unbelievable. The whole point of McDonald’s is consistency. These people are consistently slow, don’t take orders on the drive thru for 5 minutes or more (most of the time) overcook their food, wilted lettuce. Just unbelievably bad. Cannot believe McDonald’s hasn’t fired this manager and brought in a seal team to clean this place up. It’s a shame.

Waited in drive thru maybe 10 minutes without any response on the speaker or even a hello. End up having to park my car and go inside and given odd looks when I explain what is going on. Like either do your job or go home

Everything was fine but my god the hot water in the woman’s restroom was SCOLDING HOT!!! My hand is visibly red and irritated. I thank God I caught it before my 4 year old daughter put her hands under!!! Superrr unsafe and scary. I Really hope management does something about this.

We came here for an ice cream. I have pictures of the restaurant inside and out because we waited for at least 10 minutes to get them. I don’t have the picture of the ice cream because my husband threw them out before I had a chance to take the picture. They are small, hard and crystallized. They look really gross.
