I love Marco’s. The staff here are always nice. The food is good. The biggest issue we have is the online ordering. Go to the main Marco’s website but cannot locate the Troy store via zip code or city. Try and order a deal on the website once you find the right store via Google, and there are issues with the promo. This has happened several times to us. We were going to order the 6.99 deal tonight, but the website wouldn’t apply the deal. Store says it is an online only promo. So we ordered elsewhere. What a shame – if only they would fix the website or honor online promos in store. We will have to get our cheesy bread fix next time they have a promo we like that doesn’t require online ordering.

The pizzas are always good, but they are ALWAYS so short-staffed. If they had a full staff they would have pizzas done faster, and not a line of people waiting all the time.
The staff they have are kind and respectful, and I’m sure they work as fast as they can, but overall be ready to wait for your pizza for a while.
