This place is an absolute joke. I ordered pizza over an hour and a half ago, and never received my order. On the Driver Tracker, Kiya (the driver) didn’t even come close to my neighborhood, instead going in the opposite direction. No calls were made to me, despite them having my number. I would’ve appreciated a phone call in order to lead her in the right direction.
I called the store to issue a refund, but the call didn’t even go through. It didn’t even ring. I tried to file a claim on the app, but the only thing I was offered was a “20% coupon off of items”. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, don’t. Their service along with their food has declined tremendously. You’re better off with any other pizza place in town.

Never answer the phone for one! Then you try to order on door dash they accept your order you wait 40minutes and nothing for one pizza, so you have to cancel and get a credit! I have had at least 10 times where I have had issues with not getting my order, then not answering the phone, and them answering and not responding till you hang up! This is the worst pizza place in town for service and accountability! Dominos has amazing food but unfortunately for years the Verbal location has failed there franchise and given them a horrible name in the food service industry in Vernal Utah!

So I ordered a pizza and 4 cups of dipping sauce. When the order was delivered, there were no dipping sauce and the pizza was cold. I called the store to speak with the manager about this. He wouldn’t come to the phone to speak to me. I was asking for a credit to my account but I was given the run around. I’ll never order from this store again. My next call is to Corporate.

Went to order two stuff crust pizzas and stuffed cheesy pepperoni bread, the kid who took my order did the best he could trying to hear over the blasting music. My order was completely botched. They seriously need to at least turn down the music so they can get the orders right the first time. I was pretty close to going back there and smashing their Bluetooth speaker.

We picked up pizza while passing by the city from Dinosaurs national monument to Salt Lake City. The Pizza place is small and perfect pickup place. There is no dine in option.
We ordered the Thin crust veggie delight, added extra toppings of pineapple and red peppers. The service is quick. We got our order ready in 15 mins. We also ordered their marinara sauce, good in taste.

I ordered an hour in advance. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. When I pulled up it looked like most of the staff were out in the parking lot smoking instead of inside making pizza. Sure enough the app said my pizza didn’t go into the oven till after their smoke break was over and they all went back inside. They were 10 minutes late on my order because of the smoke break. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth since it could have been done on time if they had just thrown it in the oven and let it cook while they took their break.

I got 2 pizza’s, one was a cheese pizza with light sauce and there wasn’t light which I’m used to at this point but the second I wanted steak and mushrooms and I never got any steak. The Mac and cheese was good but otherwise way too much garlic on the crust and the bread bites. Go to any other pizza place in town and it’ll taste better and get your order right ♀️ maybe it was just an off day but for the price and being the only one there I was hopefully to have it made right

Not only did it take an 2 hours and 15 mins to get my order (after having to wait an hour to just find out that it wasn’t in their system after my grandfather paid) but the food was all wrong, the music was so loud I don’t think they heard me. I would have rather made my own then wait for this bullshit.

Instead of ordering online we went to the store. The service was good and the pizza came fast.The pepperoni pizza and the wings that I ordered was very good. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the size of the wings. It was really small. I ordered 8pcs but it felt like I had only 4pcs. The taste was really good.
