I was gonna stop by the location that was closer to I-55, but my mom had to do some shopping at the Kroger so she said let’s go here instead. Very glad she did. Came here to eat lunch after a doctor’s appointment at about 3:30 on Nov 16 with my mother. We ordered a #9 for myself, and for my mother I ordered #6 and a loaded nacho fries. All of the items had refried beans substituted for meat as we are vegetarian. The person (whom I am informed is named Ms. Nikki) who prepared our food did a wonderful job. She literally made the food look like the pictures. My mom is a hard person to please and she was very happy with her food. And my food was awesome as well. Definitely stopping by this taco bell again as we are in the area often and hopefully Ms. Nikki will be the preparer again.

Decided to stop in with my son for lunch. The store was clean, bathrooms were clean. The service was fast and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Over all our experience was very positive. We will definitely be back.

I am not a fast food lover, however I did once enjoy the Mexican pizza no meat extra onions. I have not had one in year, since the took it away so long ago. I have been here in Hornlake for just over 10 months and the dining room at this location has almost always not been open. I finally got to sit down and have the only thing I ever really liked here. I saw they have a veggie Mexican pizza which turns out is what I’ve been ordering all of those years, minus the important onions. I also don’t really do much sugar, but do like the mango tea they offer. I scarfed down my pizza and did so enjoy it, heartburn and all! I only gave the food 4 stars not because it tasted bad, but because I know it’s processed fast food.

Ordered three breakfast wraps. First one I opened to put sauce on had three pennies inside. I was originally going to hand this to my eight year old grandson. Obviously he could easily have choked on them. I returned to the Taco Bell to show them and was Treated awfully. I did manage to get my money back but was offered no apology or explanation when I ask why there was coins in the food prep area. I would not recommend that anyone eat here. All very traumatic.

Ordered a quesadilla with extra chicken — barely got a regular portion, and they left the sauce off completely. Had to go back for the extra sauce. Luckily, I got that to put on it. Sloppy service and not worth the price.
Update: Gave this location another chance and somehow it was just as bad. Ordered a quesadilla and got no sauce, no heat, no toasting, and it wasn’t even cut — just a cold, dry tortilla with cheese folded in half. That’s not a quesadilla, that’s laziness.
Cinnamon twists were bland and stale, like they’d been sitting out all day.
If you’re going to charge fast-food prices, at least finish the food. Completely disappointing.
