Panda Express is at the top of the food chain. This time I went to the one in East Hill Kent. As with the times I’ve gone to other Panda Express locations I was extremely pleased that the food has always been top quality, consistent in taste from one store to the next. Spiciness levels are consistent, portions are always generous for a good price. I know I’m going to be pleased every time i go. The service is usually fast with an occasional lapse in speediness. This time I found i had come to experience Panda Express meals as my favorite go-to for quick, easy, cheap take- home ready to eat meals. Typically there are leftovers for another meal, with money left over for a treat if you want. Panda Express is top notch in taste, quality, fulfilling, meals with consistently friendly service in clean stores for a good price. I enthusiastically recommend any Panda Express the next time you are thinking about dinner. A+++!

This is the slowest fast food experience I have ever had. It takes more than 20 minutes from when you get into the drive through line to when you get your food. And this is on a Friday at 3pm. Not at all rush hour. And there’s hardly anyone inside.

I’ll probably never cone to the covington panda express again. Went in and ordered a plate with chow mein and two orders of orange chicken. Did’t pay attention to them making the plate and came home with barely a single serving of orange chicken. Checked my receipt and i did pay for a plate and it was in the togo plate box as well. Don’t come to this panda express unless you want to get ripped off.

I’ve never felt the need to be this dramatic but you guys are about to close now that I got my food so I won’t call but whoever made the orange chicken Saturday night the 13th deserves a raise. I love you. In my panda express journeys I have never experienced orange chicken so crunchy, or so saucy and yet not overdone. 10/10 pleasantly surprised that a normally pretty mid meal could impress me so much. Hope whoever made this bowl has sweet dreams tonight.

This panda express is great. We’ve eaten here several times and always have a decent experience. Sometimes to drive-through is a little long, but they are always very courteous. Sometimes parking can be tricky, but there’s usually something. Food is consistent. I usually get a plate dinner for $10.50 or something like that. I definitely recommend this location of Panda Express.

Panda Express Covington is on our Sunday take out go to list. Their food is consistently delicious and universally enjoyed by us and family and friends. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food presentation for takeout is attractive and functional. The tradeoff for consistent quality is the uniqueness of the smaller “kitchen” Chinese restaurant where you take your chances.

Rude staff and long wait time, we were the only people in the drive through on Wednesday at 12:55. We got to the window and the lady there was rude and short with us when we asked questions, once we ordered we went to the window we sat at the window waiting in our car for 10 minutes while the employees just stood by the front window. When we asked if we could split the bill, we weren’t even listened to as the lady just kept repeating “your food will be out in a minute.” Not even what we were taking about, and they didn’t let us split the bill. We finally got our food after 15-20 minutes waiting, overall staff if bad food isn’t.

Almost everything was perfect except for the drive thru, which I believe it to be due to short staffing. The past several times I’d get in line and it would take me 10 plus minutes to even get to the window. It’s faster to go inside than the drive thru which shouldn’t be the case… now I’ll say this though, the food is delicious and when I do see the associates they are friendly. So corporate give them more people!

Food was fine, but drive thru like took more than 15 minutes. Normally the Panda Express drive thru is so quick so decided to give this one a try but wasted half my lunch break going through the line. Didn’t have time to eat.
