I waited in line for about 20 minutes with only three people ahead of me because the person taking orders kept forgetting the items and had to have orders repeated to him many times. I had to repeat my order several time too, the drink was warm and flat, the ice machine was broken, they had one person only on the Taco Bell side and as a result it took me 30 minutes to get my food after they had handed me someone else’s order they actually got mine wrong so it was another 10 or so to fix. All in all this was a very bad experience and I wish I had just left. The employees were very polite, just slow. Avoid if you can.

Food was thrown upside down in the bag and broken to the point I had to wait until I got home to eat it making the meal cold and not satisfying. Usually service is much better. The staff was friendly, though. The wait was a little longer than usual for other drive through restaurants, but a bit faster than the usual at this location.

Always gets my order wrong it’s like fast food places go out there way to make a toco or burger more complicated. How hard is it to make a simple cheese burger or regular toco ! This corporation needs to retrain the employees to be able to understand simple orders. A middle school lunch lady can do better at keeping to a menu than any fast food joint in the area. I’ve lived here for 15 years and never has food service been good.

The food was great. It was fresh. However, they only had one person cooking. Taco bell and Kentucky Fried chicken in the same place should have more then one person in the kitchen. I had to wait 30 min from ordering to get my food. It should only take no more then 5-10 min.

I am very upset about my experience. Taco Bell used to be an amazing place to eat but it seems every time i go there now they mess up my order and either leave something out or it’s never right. I am very disappointed in the poor way it has become. Last time a piece of my quesadilla had no cheese on it and this time one was burnt and they both had the wrong sauce. worst taco bell there is, have to drive to blue ridge to have a decent taco. don’t waste your money here, takes 30 minutes to get your food anyways

If you’re coming from out of town to visit I strongly advise you to find some other drive thru food restaurant to go to. I’ve lived here in Blairsville for a little more than a year now and am admittedly a gluten for aggravation. Every once in a while I think and hope Taco Bell / KFC might have figured out their drive thru problems, but NO each time I have come I place my order and then every single time am asked to park and told they’ll bring me my food out when it’s ready. My frustration level has reached the breaching point. After this time I will never again patronize this restaurant establishment. I do not remember one time waiting for less than 15 minutes on even the simplest order. I just ordered a Taco Bell grande and a large Pepsi and was like always asked to wait in the pick up area. It has now been 18 minutes and I still have not been served my food.
