Only gave me like half a pump of cheese, the other sauce spilt out cause it didn’t have a cap on it. Mexican pizza looks like trash. Literally none of the toppings are on it. Also waited 18 minutes for this… Smdh

Haven’t had taco bell in over 6 years so I gave them a shot and should have just passed on by. My order was wrong so I couldn’t eat it no way, well I ate the hard taco before it got all soggy large drink NO ICE, I mean nothing I asked for $15 donated to Taco Bell oh the drive through gentlemen was good with smiling greeting multitasking just not my ORDER, unless the preparer was in error and just gave me whatever.

Honestly I have a hate-love relationship with this Taco Bell but it’s lacks service like severely I hate how rather than heading up to to the register to order you have to use this kiosks like no! I get that they want to make the atmosphere of the restaurant more modern but there are just certain restaurants that don’t fit that criteria to me personally. Also I saw a customer storm out of the restaurant bc they were struggling using the kiosk like no offense the worker should come and help the customer if they have a problem honestly I’m probably gonna come back again in like 5 years

I love taco bell but this place almost ALWAYS gets my order wrong..the last straw for me was last night, I’m vegetarian so I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with black beans instead of beef…instead they decided to substitute the beef with CHICKEN for some reason. please be careful if you’re vegetarian and order from this location.

Food was alright but the service was absolutely horrible. The employees all look like they hate their job and treat us customers, really badly. They were late with orders and the soda machines did not work and it was 2pm. When you asked for your drink they didn’t want to give it to you. Definitely not coming back and this has happened before and decided to give them a chance again but definitely, now, I’m not coming back.

The guy at drive thru on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the lowest volume and 10 being the highest, spoke at about a 3. Even at the window, I had to lean closer to his window to hear him. Also, no ice for drinks. Was told they were still cold but it was a Luke warm soft drink. Not pleased at all.

The food was not very fresh or warm. I was charged for red sauce sides when every other TB I have ordered them at are free; then there was literally barely anything in the containers. In fact, all 3 containers’ contents wouldn’t even have filled one. The same thing with the nacho cheese sides I paid for. My nacho cheese dorito loco tacos barely had anything in them as well. The total also seemed high and they failed to give me a receipt.
