The worker preparing the food was having some…shall we say “big feelings” about having to fulfill orders. She was using expletives and loudly complaining that people were “ordering too much.” The food itself was fine, although I did feel like I needed to check to make sure she didn’t spit in it. Overall, the quality of workers is pretty poor compared to other Taco Bell locations, which is already a very low bar to clear.

Horrible customer service. I’m actually here right now to pick up a door dash order. First time at this location and hopefully the last. Big lady in the front,not sure if this is the manager didn’t address me at all. She overlooked me and help this Caucasian man & woman and Hispanic lady. Only thing she said after I got me food was they didn’t have cup holders .Girl in the back preparing food had to ask me if I needed help. Smh!!!

I’ve been here 4 times now, something is always wrong. The bathroom is never stocked with paper towels. More than twice I’ve been handed a freeze where the outside is sticky and soaked. Service is slow. 6pm, something like 5 employees just hanging out. Kinda weird. Now that the Decades Menu is gone, no reason to go here. better to go to Del Taco down the street. This place sucks.

Horrible customer service. No one addressed me to see what I needed. The wait time is ridiculous, not sure if they are short staff. You will probably get better service in the drive through then going on the inside. Delivery services most time then not you will most likely have to wait on your order.

For a simple box order for pickup I tend to prefer getting chips with my chips and cheese but no chips in the box. They also taped the straw to the drink lid directly over the straw hole and the industrial strength glue rendered the straw hole useless. Not worth driving all the way back. I don’t know what it is about Taco Bell workers but they’re consistently bottom of the barrel everywhere.

This is the 3rd time they have gotten our order wrong. Bottom of the barrel Taco Bell. Don’t waste your money here the 3.3 star rating is a facade I bet it’s all the employees leaving reviews because I don’t know how this place stays in business. Horrible customer service nobody here has any training and will give all the dirty looks they want Literally couldn’t even eat my food it was un edible. And when I called to ask about a refund i was told they were unable to cancel yet I was met with the rudest response ever. Also refunds and cancellations can be done in store without the customer having to go out of there way to come back. They also have a lack for allergy requests

Had to order on a kiosk. I still prefer customer service interaction. Food was excellent. First time we ate there in years, mainly because Food wasn’t very good. They made changes for the better by far.

I typically don’t leave reviews unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary. I placed a mobile order and went into the store to pick it up. The woman at the front asked for my name as usual and told me they were working on it, so I waited at the counter. After 25 minutes with no food, I politely asked for an update. Her response was noticeably snarky.
When I asked a second time, she rolled her eyes, and her coworker behind the counter laughed and said something under his breath. At that point, I canceled my order because I was genuinely appalled by the attitude and lack of care.
I also asked why my mobile order was taking significantly longer, and she told me that customers in the line were “priority.” I don’t understand why people who walked in after me were prioritized over someone who placed an order ahead of time—my time is just as valuable.
This is not the type of customer service that should be acceptable anywhere, even at a fast-food restaurant.

ZERO STARS!! Waited for 10-15 minutes 3-4 employees… not One acknowledged me!!!! I had a call ahead order and after 20 minutes they acknowledged me only to say they THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ORDER YET THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY 20 MINUTES BEFORE!! DO NOT RAT HERE!!
