Only gave a one because there is no 0! Worst place ever, rudest and incompetent workers I have ever dealt with! Gave us a bag full of extra greasy food because they couldn’t get the order right! Repeated the order 4 times and still didn’t get it right! The food was so greasy the tacos fell apart and thde paper was dripping! The picture of the paper isn’t the printing!

i only asked for three things and somehow they still got it wrong, it wasn’t even busy for them to use that excuse. the photo shows the chicken quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño sauce i asked for except it was just cheese with a dot of sauce. 0/10.

I was at the taco bell located at 9075 oldHwy 6, Santee, SC 29142 with my family and parents. We had horrible experiences with food, manager, and service. Food was stale including chips and guacamole in my fiesta burritos. Manager was rude and couldn’t help ordering or confirming that our food was vegetarian. She was insensitive and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place. Waste of money and food! My kids usually love to eat taco bell when we are traveling. However, they had left over food today which is extremely unusual. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Didn’t modify the order, put almost no meat on the tacos. After ordering at the Kiosk they were out of the drinks we ordered. They only had medium cups when we paid for large, and didn’t offer a partial refund.

I Place a order on inside and never again will I stop here passing thru. The worst Taco Bell I ever went too. I left after waiting 15 minutes for a bowl of rice. I ask how much longer they said two more orders ahead of mine. If 0 was a rating they would get it. I left I said give it to someone when it ever gets ready. I didn’t even ask for a refund. Their was two people doing absolutely nothing. You got key in your own food, then wait forever for it. Drive thru getting all their food first. Their was people on inside had been waiting longer than me on inside. Smh, they didn’t even care to offer me my money. Probably would of took another 20 minutes for that.

Not a lot to say it’s very slow and it would appear that the people who work there do not want to be there. I’ve seen a manager working very hard. She said she only had one other person helping her 1 night and she was nearly in tears. I would lock the doors and left. The next time we attended was about a week later. There were more people in there working but it seemed like they didn’t want to be there it is Amazing.

The ladies working morning shift were so friendly and the food was fresh and very good. My kids walked down for lunch since we were at the hotel and she said the afternoon shift were super nice as well.
