Slow but worker’s were friendly. This location is attached to a gas station and the place is well above average busy. So it’s not a shocker that they are going to be busy during a lunch rush. Normal good Taco Bell food! And yes…I tried the new chicken nuggets!

THIS TACO-BELL IS THE WORST TACO-BELL ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH STARTING WITH THE ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE DISRESPECTFUL, FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE REGISTER, THE MANAGER WOULD EVEN SAY A WORD. THE REGISTER GUY WALKED OFF FROM THE GATE IN THE IMAGES AFTER I GOT HIS ATTENTION ON THE FOOD BEING WRONG. TOP OF THE FACT THEY HAD FIVE CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU. THE FOOD WAS NOT MADE CORRECTLY PER SIX DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS. ON TOP OF THE FACT THAT THE GATE DIVIDING THE TACO BELL AND THE SHELL GAS STATION WAS SECURED FIVE MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ESTABLISHMENT CLOSING ALONG WITH THE FRONT DOOR. THEY HAD PEOPLE HELD HOSTAGE IN THE TACO BELL. LET PICTURES ATTACHED TELL THE STORY. PLEASE DRIVE DOWN TO THE NEXT EXIT FOR ALL YOUR HIGHWAY / FOOD NEEDS THIS STRIP HERE IS BY FAR THE WORST…

On November 26 my daughter and I stopped by this Taco Bell on our way to Charlotte. We used the drive thru window to order our meal. The cheese in my daughter’s quesadilla was not melted. When she handed me my soft taco about a 1/2 ounce of liquid poured out of the wrapper onto my lap and car seat. I have never had this happen before. I have to assume the employees think it is funny. Needless to say that we will never return to this Taco Bell again.

Kiosk was the only way to order and I hated it. There was no menu board up without using the kiosk so you had to waste time exploring the various menus before ordering on the kiosk. The kiosk didn’t always work when you touch the screen and was was slow. TB was once a good deal, not so much any more.

Check your food before you leave. Our cheese quesadilla was not remotely cooked, the cheese was still shredded and cold and it was disgusting. Unfortunately didn’t check until we were 10 miles down 95. Tried to call to get my money back but of course no one answered and the mailbox is full. At $5 for a tortilla and cheese…do better.

Ordered a quesadilla, just a quesadilla with chicken and beef. That thing never saw the inside of an oven. It was shredded cheese and meat thrown onto a tortilla, nothinf was even a little bit melted. The meat was cold to the touch, just terrible.

It’s Taco Bell, so the food is the food, “taco BELLish”. But the service was horrible. You have to order from a kiosk, no biggie. BUT I paid in cash, only problem, there’s no cashier. The worker drones were busy doing order for the drive thru and the other customers in the dining area. I watched as the 2 people who ordered before me received their food and left. Then, the 2 families that order about 10 min after me got theirs. And a few other people also got theirs. 22 minutes after ordering, I walked back up to the counter, and Asiana, seeing I had been there awhile, asked my name. I told her and also said I need to pay cash. I paid and got my receipt. I waiter there at the counter. After about 10 min more, I asked one of the workers about my order. She rudely said, “You just ordered.” I told her I had “ordered” about 30 min ago. She informed me that the order wasn’t being made because I hadn’t paid. And I was currently in line to be made. After about 10 min more, they called my name and I left. So about 50 min for 3 regular tacos and som Cinnabon bites…
