They played jazzy music that made you feel rushed to leave. They have the new terminals to take your order, and it went down after taking my order but before I paid so I had to reorder my whole meal. It was quite frustrating all told, but the food was standard for taco bell.

This is the worst taco bell. They might as well take that sign down. I went there for Taco Bell breakfast one time and they informed me they don’t do Taco Bell breakfasts. Today they were doing online orders only. Because they were short staffed. Although two employees had time to come to the counter and tell us this. Then to top it off, you can’t order taco bell this way. Grrr. I’ll not stop again.

I was a little upset over the way my food was clumsily thrown together. I ordered a Mexican pizza and the top half was half on/half off the bottom half and they bagged it with two other items laying on top of it. So the top half was stuck to the top of the box. It was a complete mess. I should have taken a picture of it. Also, I asked for mild sauce (in person at the window) and they only gave me a couple of packs to use on a total of six menu items. Not enough…just a pet peeve of mine. And one last thing, lol, we ordered a chicken fillet sandwich and french fries (from the KFC side) and you could tell they were fried in old grease. So, needless to say, you could taste that in the product. Filtering or changing the grease is such an easy way to ensure all fried foods taste good. (I worked in food service for 12 years.)

The food has always been ok, but the service as long as I can remember has always been very slow. The dining room can be empty and you’ll still have to wait 15-20 minutes to get your order which is totally unacceptable.
