I am overly disgusted they should be aaahmed of themselves. This is how people get food poisoning or even worse. I will NEVER go to a Taco Bell again.

We were immediately told to order from kiosk, not the counter. A person had to help find the item I wanted. Taco salad and it was as small as a burger. Oh my goodness. I asked for sauce and got zero..stopped in parking lot and returned inside. Dining room dirty and no one, no other customers were there.

my nacho fries was extremely cold and my supreme dip wasn’t made right and was missing the chips that came with it i went up there to get it remade one of the employees said “ it’s not our problem “ then they was avoiding getting the manager when the manager comes up she’s extremely rude and act like she hates her job i worked in fast food before and how i see it “ make it right so the customer can be satisfied and go home ” but everybody doesn’t have my mindset

Listen, usually I gatekeep a good spot bc people always ALWAYS ruin the good spots. However, I’m having a really tough day. Mentally. Physically. I have to shout out the workers. They have no idea what im doing through, yet really helped make my day better by simply doing their job. They asked the right questions. Packed my drive through order with all necessary utensils, napkins and sauces. My food was a 10/10 for Taco Bell expectations. My nachos were loaded. My tacos had food in them. It was a tasty meal. Often, self-included, we always make time to only complain but fail to share positive experiences. Especially when no one went above and beyond. I didn’t need them to. Doing their job was everything and the deserve the moral boost. Fast food places are hard to staff. Especially bc the CUSTOMERS can literally make the experience hell. So good job yall. Thank you for having this tired mamas back today.

Yesterday was December 8 of 2025. Taco Bell is always good as far as the food but the workers here are HORRIBLE!!!! Not the men but unfortunately the WOMEN!!!! I go through the drive through yesterday and they say they don’t have gloves so they can’t prepare food!!!! MIND BOGGLING!!!!! So out of all the Taco Bell’s in the city your manager could not get gloves from their sister store or even go purchase some???? Bojangles next door even said they would loan them some!!!! For me it was the attitude they had and they were just sitting on the clock doing nothing!!!!!! Wasting time clock riding and being rude to the customers!!! Then I told them I was going to leave a review and they said no your not and all of them had a nasty attitude!!!!! Well here I am letting Taco Bell and their regional and corporate managers know the type of employees they hire!!!! They need to have their attitude’s adjusted and learn customer service!!!! Never know who is coming through the drive through line!!!!!

Asked what ingredients are in a particular product.. with a quick reply, I hesitantly took the bait. The staff member seemed so onfident. At the window, I was greeted again with matching confidence Drove around to a parking spot to enjoy what I thought I ordered. Sigh. Won’t return. Visit cookout across the street. When someone orders, listen attentively to get the correct order. No sour cream request. Silverware request. The quality of food delivered was not that of care. Did not return said item for failure of performance initially leading to a possible ill correction. Sampled a few pieces of lettuce among a handful of beef in a sour cream filled wrap, not entirely by choice.

Thank you to Jasmine and her team I usually never eat at Taco Bell and today I gave it a try. Everything was hot & fresh compared to past experiences and the meat was plentiful+ they have a 99 sanitation grade. I would definitely be stopping by more often at this Cliffdale location thank you

One of the worst Taco Bells. Arrived at 9:50pm and was told the lobby is closed. Yet there was another group that just went in ahead of us. I asked what time the lobby closed and was told “now”. So I said I will contact the owner. If you are the owner reading this understand we will never eat here. Once previously we ordered through the app and did not get our order. The app took our money but the store did not fulfill the order… we lost $35. Thought we give it another try. We were ready to spend another $35 tonight. Poor customer service and poor management. It’s a wonder this store is still open.
Still awful. Don’t shop here. Employees are rude and management is no better. Ordered in app to pick up at drive through. Pulled up and they said to come in! This is exact opposite from the last time we tried this store.
Best to go to Wendy’s or Cook Out or Bojangles.

Rude staff and the manager “Sarah” if that’s even her name, shouldn’t be a “manager”. If the owner knew how she was managing the place I’m sure she wouldn’t be. There’s way too many complaints on this experience to even list here but I’ll post a pic of one of them. My daughter’s quesadilla was literally flat as paper and stuck to the paper it was wrapped in she had to rip it apart to get it out and it was burnt on the other side. $50 spent and not one item worth eating.

My little one loves their soft tacos but I hate the mess left behind by my son. On today, I asked the restaurant if they could make his beef and cheese soft tacos like a crunch and they delivered!!! Everyone is happy and he loved the shape.
