On 10/02/24. I went to Crete Pizza Hut to dine in. I noticed a bug in my drink. But I was calm about and requested a new drink. Then our food came out it was fine. Until I know more bugs crawling/ bouncing on the tables. I knew these bugs since I have dogs. They were fleas. I stood up and went to the bathroom. There were more fleas
In the toilet and on the floor. I’m not sure who I should contact but. I think they need to fix this issue. I like Pizza Hut but I won’t be coming here for awhile.

First they tried seating a party of 5 with needing one highchair in a booth with one full seat on one side and half a seat on the other which I’ve never seen before. Of course it didn’t work. Second, they only brought one if our pizzas which was for the adults because of all the toppings the kids didn’t like. And after 20 minutes of getting our first pizza the waitress came back to us and said the kitchen forgot about our cheese pizza which was for the kids, so they are sitting there waiting. How can you forget half our order, then not even know it wasn’t even on the way. They did give us a small discount but it wasn’t worth what I paid and I will not be going back!

got two different pizzas and I ordered my mozzarella sticks were still cold on the inside. Went back To go home and they were deliver them the delivery guy goes. Oh how lucky you have for pizza no, I paid for my pizza. This is the second time getting them not even I’m sorry.

I’m updating this because my opinion has changed since covid. We used to get take out at least once a mo. Now its down to a couple times a year. The price has doubled, you can buy off the deals. But if you don’t your going to spend an easy 50 dollars for 2 pizzas. They now charge for ranch for your wings. That’s normally in your price every place else. And they don’t put as much topping on as they used to pre covid. And most of the time they are under staffed.

March 3 24. We order the $7 pizza and the $7 melt. It was delicious. It was hot and ready when they said it would be. The girl at the window was friend and smiling. If she was the new manager then pizza hut has a winner. Keep up the good work. We will be back .

My Boyfriend and I took his mom out to eat as she lives in crete. The manager was sitting there eating didn’t say one word to us so we stood and waited to be seated. Our waitress was a young girl very nice but she seemed very overwhelmed. We wanted a few beers and was told we needed to go to the bar. While standing at the bar the manager kept eating and staring at her phone we stood for about five minutes with no help and then went back to our seats drank our waters and left! Will never be back manager is very very rude and not to worried about helping out her staff

Let me tell you.. this place is a joke! Placed my order for delivery and an hour and a half go by i call asking about my order the lady told me she left me a message that they didn’t have a driver for tonight. Which is fine but i NEVER got a message from them. By time i got home my food was cold and the order was all wrong. One of my pizza’s didn’t even have sauce! Don’t even waste your time or money.
