My Boyfriend and I took his mom out to eat as she lives in crete. The manager was sitting there eating didn’t say one word to us so we stood and waited to be seated. Our waitress was a young girl very nice but she seemed very overwhelmed. We wanted a few beers and was told we needed to go to the bar. While standing at the bar the manager kept eating and staring at her phone we stood for about five minutes with no help and then went back to our seats drank our waters and left! Will never be back manager is very very rude and not to worried about helping out her staff

Every time I have ordered Pepsi it has been out and either Diet Pepsi substituted/offered and this last time the driver offered to bring Root Beer back instead but didn’t follow through. The food was lukewarm to cold because it was an hour late and they didn’t call and say hey we’re having some issues and unable to deliver on time so that we could pick it up before it cooled off. I understand that problems pop up that you can’t control but it would be nice to stay on top of it.

Order is messed up again. Forgot items again. Food was cold by the time it was delivered and colder by the time we got our missing items. Too many chances have been given. It doesn’t matter if we go in or have it delivered. It’s ALWAYS wrong. I want a refund and will never return to cretr pizza hut

Amazing service, even on a busy day! The place was FULL but they still found a place for us to sit. They were quicker than other pizza places and were EXTREMELY Friendly!

Wait 20 mins to be seated when there was no one else in the place 40 mins to get food or drinks then 30 more mins to get bill because employees was to busy talking amd playing on phone still the only 2 in the place will not be coming back

Our family of 6 went there to eat this evening. Our drink and food orders were taken but our waiter never came back. He was also wearing an AirPod in his ear while taking our orders. Very unprofessional in a restaurant. About 45 minutes later, my son tracked a different very nice waitress down who took our drink order down again and brought them right away. Over an hour after our orders were taken, one salad and an order of wings was delivered…..still our waiter never came back. We left after an hour and 45 minutes and never got the rest of our food.

I’m a truck driver, when I take my break at the walmart, I always order a Supreme for delivery. The pizza is great & the driver gets here quick, always polite and friendly. Hats off to the cook & driver. 5 Stars all day long. See y’all next trip…
