They never have frapes or ice cream the accuracy of my order was right but thats all I can say about this place. I feel like the team at McDonald’s isn’t being led or set up to succeed it has potential. food is hot but they need to quit advertising things if they can’t serve them.

This location used to be great, but now it honestly just sucks. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to forest city instead of 6 minutes down the road to this one. My orders are constantly wrong, the quality of both staff and food have consistently been poor. There’s been multiple times I’ve gone between 7-8 and they’re closed. Disappointing.

I wouldn’t waste my time or money here, the employees are careless and take no pride in making food. Orders are mostly wrong, you can tell it’s lazy people making the food. I’ve ordered 2 chicken quesadillas one had no chicken the other had only 2 small pieces of chicken in one piece. If I was the owner I’d do all new employees, which it’s not news this location has been like this for years, and in a top notch upper income families and a college town. Go afew more miles to gaffney there food is always hot and on point.

Went to the Boiling Springs KFC and Taco Bell Saturday evening at dinner time. The lobby was locked and you could only utilize the drive thru. If this place is theying to save money…just close it down. Wendy’s would be a good replacement and the lobby is open every morning noon and evening.

Again this location did not surprise me. The drive thru wait time exceeded almost 20 minutes! Then get to order and find out no Chicken again! So ordered from the Taco Bell side. Ordered the Deluxe Craving Box with an extra soft taco but I received it was not close! Like I said I ordered soft taco but got a hard taco, the order was supposed to have a Chalupa but not in the bag! Ordered mild sauce and received zero! So like several times before I was completely disappointed in this visit!

This is disgusting. Like, I’ve not seen any employees with gloves on. The person at the window NEVER gets all my food order right. I’m always missing food and to top it all off, the chicken nuggets my kid was eating were slimy and undercooked. ♀️ the person at the window with the triangle tattoo by the side of their neck/ear was picking at their skin and back then proceeded to handle food and drinks without washing hands or wearing gloves. ♀️ I have stopped going to this one and go to just the taco bell in Shelby because of that.

Surprised they have a manager in the kitchen and they still are terrible. The quality was terrible and the lady who took my order wouldnt stop interrupting me to ask me unnecessary questions. I wouldnt come back to this taco bell even if my food was free. I didnt take a pic of the inside of one of my mini quesedillas but it had little to almost no meat or cheese. And then there was also tomato in my mini quesedilla

I would rate this Taco Bell no stars if there was an option. I’ve been to this Taco Bell for years and it has gotten to be the worst one I have ever been too. Staff is very very rude no matter what time of day you go. Food is always wrong or missing. Constantly having to go back and get it fixed (being as nice as possible) but they find a way to be as rude as possible. Never will go back and highly don’t recommend going to this one. There is two other ones about 15 minutes away. One in forest city , the other one in shelby.
