I have ordered online twice through a delivery service. Both times Taco Bell got wrong and doesn’t take responsibility for the order being wrong. They tried to pass the blame to the delivery service. They can’t count or read evidently and absolutely can’t handle being called out for their less than poor service. Last time paying for food that was not received.

We had to go threw the line twice. We also had to go in the store twice. The first time we ordered we got the wrong thing. So we went inside while are friend was going back to get some more drinks. we ended up ordering 2 drinks and only got one. Dawn was the person taking are order both of the times.

It may have just been the day, but just about everything went wrong on my visit today. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme combo, swapping the regular crunchy taco for a taco supreme. I ordered on the kiosk, and of course, I chose “no receipt”. First mistake. I waited 15min for my order, including my drink cup. Apparently drive-through gets priority and without a receipt, there is nothing to prove you ordered, so you just have to wait for it to pop up on their screen. When I did get my cup, there was no ice in the ice maker. Fine, I didn’t want much anyway. Then after finishing my crunchwrap, the crunchy taco was just a regular, not a supreme. No use complaining, can’t prove it. Other patrons after me had similar problems. I understand now why they are hiring.

The service was fast and friendly, but I asked for extra fiesta strips in my beefy melt burrito and it almost had none. Their food prep is not on point. This is the second consecutive error for me.

Inside was closed during regular business hours. The wait for food was long. They didn’t have several of the sodas available. We got the box meals and everyone was combined, put in a bag and the chalupas were missing. Food was barely warm.

Shopped Long John Silvers, got a family meal. However, the fish had black specks of burnt crumbs and a oily flavor. Usually good, but oil needs to be changed sooner.

Grabbed a quick bite to eat here the other day. I like the burrito supreme, no sour cream or beans and add rice. Got through the line in no time and the food was fresh! One thing I love, they always ask at the drive through how you are doing today before they take your order. It is noticed!
