The Covington Va Taco Bell sucks. They are not polite, the people working there are disrespectful. They are rude. My Mom asked for a seniors citizen discount. Her order came to 9.12. The person at the window gave her a .12 cent discount. Told her she couldn’t have a receipt, when she asked for one, said the receipt printer was broke. This Taco Bell, is nothing like the others I have visited in our areas. I would rather go to West VA. Thanks

The woman taking our order was very nice. Food came out in a timely manner. It wasn’t the best.. but not terrible. Lobby was clean. Ice machine broken. No Doritos taco shells. The delivery truck had drive thru exit blocked. So they had to navigate around that. Which made for some entertainment during lunch.

Pretty good Taco Bell. I do enjoy the food! I have been disappointed on a few occasions by the lack of consistency on portions. But, that said, I am also understanding of the tough employee market and associated training difficulties. They seem to always have a hiring sign out. I really enjoy the freezes, those are consistently good. If you like Taco Bell, you will enjoy this one but may notice the inconsistency I mention. Still, a yummy place and glad Covington has one!

Horrible visit to this Taco Bell. Staff ignored us at the counter for so long we left. We were not acknowledged by staff. We were the only customers inside wanting to order.

My daughter ran back in to get the drink for a door dash order that wasnt with order…an employee hears me tell her that you need to check to see if order includes drinks before going in because (my experience) they never have the drinks with the orders….wants to argue with me that drinks are always placed with the orders, then why did she need to come back in and get it if they’re ALWAYS there???

They never want to give a receipt. They say the machine is broken, then give you brown lettuce . They are not up to par like the other taco bells that I visit.
