Used our mobile app to order and picked up through the drive through. Gave us the totally wrong order. So I go in. Personal who I can only assume was the manager came from the kitchen, entered some stuff into a register and went back to the kitchen. My receipt was even stuck on my bag. As I’m waiting I see a printout, which has to be a joke, stating they’re in the top three of the best fast food places in Covington (we don’t have many). Finally, after waiting for about 15 minutes, the original kid that gave us the wrong order hands me my order. Nothing was said to me. No apologies, no excuses, nothing. From any of the employees I actually spoke to or had dealings with. Not planning to eat here much in the future, if at all. Very poor customer service.

We live close by and one of my safe foods/pregnancy favorites is the Loaded Beef Nachos which on the menu are supposed to come with: chips, seasoned beef, re fried beans, nacho cheese, red sauce, guacamole, and sour cream. It seems as if the quality of this order are always hit and miss. Usually in the daytime if I get it for lunch, everything is great. Evening shift tends to mess up quite a bit. In the last month, they have forgotten seasoned beef TWICE on the nachos, added giant, crusty gobs of re fried beans a time or two, and skipped out on adding red sauce. Any other time, I just deal with it and try to give them grace, but today really agitated me. I got 2 orders of the loaded beef nachos one with light beans, no guacamole, and extra nacho cheese… when I got home and opened the box, there was chips with beans, sour cream, and nacho cheese. No meat, no red sauce… okay. Second order (which is for my toddler by the way) was supposed to be light beans, add shredded cheese, add rice, no guacamole, red sauce, and sour cream. We go to serve him his, and it also has no meat??? This was my last straw, so we took them back to get them made the right way. The workers were very kind and admitted it was their fault due to reading the modifications wrong. They remade them for me and everything turned out right which was very appreciated, but it shouldn’t be something that keeps happening. As a busy, tired mom that just wants something cheap and quick, I cannot always reload the car up to run back out for my order to be fixed. As far as everything else goes, I have nothing else to complain about. They are friendly, fast working employees, but could prepare the food like it is something they would want to eat. If they wouldn’t eat it themselves why would a paying customer be expected to?

Went through drive thru. Had no mild sauce, no biggie. Nachos was crumbs, and tasted like burnt grease, my burrito was mush from the steak grease they didn’t strain, the crunchy taco was decent, and my drink was flat. Just my experience.

Went in with a mobile order, took an additional 7-10 minutes. Staff was confused on how we got our drink and there were no napkins available. As far as the food it was subpar to say the least, but at least the substitutions were correct. Better then most Taco Bell’s I’ll say

Pretty good Taco Bell. I do enjoy the food! I have been disappointed on a few occasions by the lack of consistency on portions. But, that said, I am also understanding of the tough employee market and associated training difficulties. They seem to always have a hiring sign out. I really enjoy the freezes, those are consistently good. If you like Taco Bell, you will enjoy this one but may notice the inconsistency I mention. Still, a yummy place and glad Covington has one!

While there was no one in line when I arrived the gentleman working instructed me to use the kiosk to place my order while he stood there texting on his phone like he was too busy to take my order and there was clearly several workers in the back. Once getting back to my vehicle this is how I received my chicken power bowl. I’m not happy with the customer service or quality of my order. Do better Covington VA ‍♀️

1st time I’ve ever been to a Taco Bell and they had absolutely no taco sauces available. None. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and acted like this was normal for their store. Unfortunately being from out of town, the food options were extremely limited next to our hotel. Our food was cold. My husband ordered a specialty box that came with their new street gordita He said it was awful and had an overwhelming lime and lemon flavor. If you’re traveling through here, just keep driving. If you’re staying the night, you’d be best served by going to the Exxon next door and buying a bag of Doritos and a jar of queso dip.

This location has the potential to be one of the best Taco Bells in the whole Charter Foods franchise. There are a lot of new and eager employees there who seem to genuinely want to make a positive impact.
