Food is ok, barely warm. Sat in drive thru line for 17 minutes; wouldn’t be so bad but TWO EMPLOYEES SERVING took a smoke break we all got to wait thru and taking a second one while we eat. Not friendly, no napkins, no sauce, bad attitudes. Better places to eat nearby with Friendly workers!

All I can say is that you don’t always get what you order but they are usually happy to fix any issues you have. Food is ok, drive thru seems to be very slow each time I’ve went here. Service from employees is decent but the workers act very stressed. Not with the customer but how things are ran inside as you can see most of what’s going on once at the window. I gave 3 stars because it’s not bad but not great either. If you don’t have the time to wait and you’re really hungry I’d probably try another restaurant.

This is honestly one of the worst Taco Bell/KFC locations I’ve been to. Many days, you can’t order from the KFC menu, which is pretty annoying, considering I prefer to order from it. The inside of the restaurant is one of the nicer ones around town but lacks in service and food quality. It’s asking what I recommend from this location, and my recommendation is to skip going here altogether.

Went to drive thru. When order was given to us, the bag seemed to be sloppy as far as the way food was packaged. 1 of 3 soft tacos was never even wrapped in packaging. Honestly, I’m not even sure we got the correct order.

We went on fri last week food was cold and greasy and smooshed. I did take it back which the doors were locked so I had to go through the drive through. The guy in front was waiting for his food for 15 min he drove off I pulled up kept trying to charge me for his order I throw the food at the guy and told him I talked to the manager and want new food. Which I waited about another 15 min. Never again

Worst service you can imagine. Sit in line for 15 minutes just so you can receive sub par quality food. Lobby was closed at 9 o’clock prompt and still couldn’t get service. Get your stuff together for a fast food joint that’s supposed to be open till 12 you all drop the ball everytime

Skip this Taco Bell Location and go to the location in Winchester. Frequently orders are wrong, missing items, or they are out. Wait times have marginally gotten better. But I have asked for a chicken burrito paid extra for chipotle sauce. I returned home to discover they used ground beef and did not add Chipotle sauce even though I paid for the upgrades. (This has happened multiple times at this location)

The woman at the drive up was extremely rude and gave me the death stare when I asked for a larger cup of water, which I was happy to pay for as I have POTS and get extremely dizzy if I don’t drink a ton. I would pay $10 more to not have the attitude. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else for lunch.
