If I could give them zero stars I would. Whoever “N S” is don’t get food when they are working. Intentionally messed with my food all because I asked “oh can I get a Diet Pepsi” and then was looked at and said “did you order one?”. Watched the workers mess with my drink for about 1 minute before giving it to me. I’ll do everything I can to make sure they lose their jobs or the franchisee has repercussions.

I ordered 2 Taco Supreme meals and 1 Loco Taco meal without sour cream on it. They messed the order up and didn’t put sour cream on the 2 Taco Supreme meals also. I guess it was an honest mistake.

My food took over 45 minutes to be ready. I did a mobile order and I’ve never had issues at this location. I went thru the drive thru and they said I needed to come inside. So I did and I’ve been waiting like 45 minutes. I’m writing this review and it’s not even ready yet.

Middle aged African American manager was very rude to teen aged girl working there who was correcting my order. She was also rude to me as well. These teens who often are working their first job should be treated better. Not yelled at and embarrassed in front of customers.

The amount of times we’ve went through the drive thru just to hear the entire staff fighting, yelling “eff you *n word* and hearing the f word 20x in the 5 minutes it takes to get to the drive thru is insane. Constant cursing, constantly messing up our meals and forgetting things that we paid for… it’s just a shame. These people should be embarrassed. I don’t knock any job, but if you find yourself working at taco bell (or equivalent), the rest of your life… here’s why.

Can’t tell you how the breakfast food tastes at this Taco Bell. Showed up at 8:10 and I was told that they weren’t open. Despite their big sign saying: OPEN FOR BREAKFAST 8am. I’ll Never deal with this Taco Bell again

Hey, usually y’all are pretty consistent, but my friend just threw up after eating the soft tacos I ordered. And these chipotle chicken things… It’s like someone loosely wrapped them, got frustrated, and twisted them into place to pass them off as wrapped. I’m too nauseated to eat the rest after listening to my friend vomit. This food shouldn’t have been served. It was leaking through the wrappers. It didn’t seem fresh.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell ever since it stopped being a horrible Burger King location. Now that Taco Bell has only a skeleton of a menu anymore, and at this location, a skeleton of a crew, the quality of their food has gone down even more. We used to only have to deal with burnt items from the fryer, i.e. chips had a terrible burned flavor from the oil that was probably never changed; we now regret every time we don’t sit at the window and confirm every item in fact is in the bag and correctly made. I brought home my food to only find that it was incorrect, yet again. The french fries were sad. It’s unfortunate that this location can do nothing to help Taco Bell which obviously seems to be going through troubles with its lousy menu choices anymore. If you must have Taco Bell, I would recommend going to the Joppa and Old Harford Road, location or the one on Belair Road, since there is nothing really positive to say about this location.

Friendly service and a clean restaurant. In case of a restroom emergency, avoid frustration and go to the service counter before trying to open the restroom door and ask to use the facilities. The employees will gladly unlock it for you.
