Forget fast food this is not. For years I have use this place thru the drive thru. Every time I left either my fries were missing or something. Now they’re getting worse. Double line , waiting for almost 30minutes to get my order taken. I pay and all I get is my drinks and they asked me to wait on number 2 I waited for another 30 minutes and my food never came. Everyone else behind me was getting their food. So was this personal? who knows. Im out 35 dollars and no food after an hour I left with no food looking back hopping to see someone come out and nothing. How can a place like this get away with scamming people this way. Unacceptable. I still have their drinks just as they gave them to me, saving those for the judge as evidence.

I’m very disappointed, very rude employees working at this location, went in around 12:20am August 11th. The lady taking my order at the speaker kept giving attitude just because I was making sure my my order was on the screen and she kept constantly saying “yeah it’s there”. I got to the window and was going to pay with Apple Pay and the manager I believe, said, I need to take your phone if now how am I supposed to charge you. She gave me my phone back with no receipt. 2 minutes later young lady that took my order at the beginning handed me my order and I had asked for ranch and hot sauce and she said you can get your bag first. Cmon I just wanted food after a long day at work and I have to deal with these employees. I received my order and let both of them know they are rude and young lady said aww I’m sorry I didn’t do anything, not caring at all, manager said how are we rude if we haven’t don’t anything. I just drove off, never coming here again. This McDonald’s is just going down hill

This location continues to go downhill. They really should do a better job and who they hire for management at least for their evening shifts because the current night manager they have now has terrible customer service skills. She’s rude and condescending and shouldn’t be managing anything. And when they screw up the codes for the rewards they won’t even honor the reward which also screws the customer because they can’t use another reward for 15 minutes.

One of the lanes usually gets 2-4 cars while making the other wait out of turn. It’s the closest location I got. Orders are usually correct but my gripe is how likely I get told “hold on” and proceeds to service 2-3 people that arrived after me.

Was greeted upon entering. When asked to use the restroom i was givin the code to the restroom. The restrooms i found to be clean and fully stocked with toilet paper and hand towels . Also worth mentioning is how clean the bathroom was. Overall had a pleasant dining experience.

So I ordered a kids meal and a number 1 big Mac. I got home to find my burger lol like the cook took a bite out of it lol. I couldn’t take it back was my lunch hour was gone and I was back servicing homeowners. Won’t be back to this location anymore.

I come during the day and I have no problems but when I come during the NIGHT it’s a different story my order is always WRONG. Ordered a McMuffin and 2 hash browns and I only received 1 after I made it CLEAR to the night shift and even when the girl took my order during the night she didnt pay attention to it. Over all not a good place to go and spend your money.
