Ordered 2 for 6 dollar breakfast sandwich had to return them they were so overcooked and dried out hard as a rock.. Instead I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit which they have to add the cheese on so it would be fresh and I knew that. when I got the product it was an overcooked dried out sausage and egg biscuit, no cheese, I didn’t bother to go back in..

Out of all the McDonald’s I go to this one is the worse. I left out newborn doctor appointment at 1020 and did a noble pick up order for breakfast and the app let me order and took payment. Now the line here always take forever and this time is the same. I get there at 1030 don’t get to the window till 1045 and they say breakfast is over. I tell them I have a mobile order that was approved and they said sorry it’s over. I ask for a manager no one there so it’s just a bunch of highscool kids working. Now I ask for a refund and they say yes do it thru the app. I go to the app and now the order gone so how do I get my refund??? No food they take my money and horrible service. Do not go to this store go over to Oxnard blvd or I’ll wait till I’m in Ventura to eat here from now on. Also side note they out of Grinch meals 2 days after they came out so if you want that go somewhere else

This place expensive you to do mobile order, drive thru or their little kiosk things. Hardly anyone to answer questions or even accept cash payments. Food was hot and wasn’t busy but watched several people leave for lack of help

Took over 20 minutes for 1 Mc Chicken… and I still had to walk inside for it after I ordered it on the mobile app… I gotta say, that’s the smallest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen… similar to a very tight In & Out lol. Definitely won’t be going back there again.

I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and they charged me for 2 sausage McMuffins with eggs that ended up being cold anyways. If I wanted eggs I would have said so. Your guy’s eggs are gross. Also they are charging for jelly packets now, which is crazy. I barely even go to McDonald’s you guys just keep giving me reasons to not go back. I’ll just stick to other restaurants

The whole place was dirty. The bathrooms were disguising and they did not have soap. I told one of the employees that there was no soap in the bathroom. I then asked her that if there was no soap in the bathrooms how were they washing their hands when they use the bathroom and before they go back to work preparing food. I then looked for the hand sanitizer and all the dispensers were empty. I ended up throwing my food away because I didn’t want to get sick. This place should have a health inspection.

Bad location. It is nestled among several small buildings that house a tire store, a gas station and others. You have to navigate a strip of narrow, crowded parking areas to reach the drive-through.
It’s confusing, easily missed. The drive-through is narrow and there are high walls on both sides. It is super noisy when there are are other vehicles, especially trucks, in the space. It’s hard to hear the order taker over the noise. I had to ask her to repeat several times.
The food is typically McDonalds. It seemed fresh and was the right temperature. Staff seemed attentive and polite.
The only drawback here is the location.

There was a piece of plastic in my kids hamburger. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning this is extremely concerning. I was almost done eating my burger and now I’m afraid I might have swallowed plastic too I can’t eat the rest of this Big Mac anymore extremely dissatisfied. Who’s managing this place ???
