The person working the counter was very nice and helpful. Some restaurants bring your food to your table these days however here they just yell at your name and you have to come up and get it when it’s ready. The food was pretty good overall. Everything seemed to be prepared properly. The dining room was kind of fun and funky and comfortable except for the fact that it was freezing cold in there. The other issue was the bathroom was unusable due to the clogged toilet. I advised the staff but I’m not sure that anything was done about it while I was there.

I’d like to consider myself a fair, patient and very respectful person, this garbage establishment has no class or consideration for its paying customers from my experience here, the multiple persons/employees who i had the displeasure of having to encounter show clearly poor work ethics. Take this for what you will, for someone running orders in my spare time and not like your stereotyped typical delivery driver, this place like many these days showed no care for the customers both myself and other patrons in the establishment attempting to orders their food whom I witnessed and heard their personal complaints as well. A gentleman claiming to be the manager addressed me on my way out from lounging in the dinning area and offered assistance but it was quickly made obvious he was the ring leader of this poorly managed operation. Not alot of expectations from your job demands , prepare the food and help the customer, especially when met with a understanding and reasonable person such as myself…..Do better or i hope your replaced with those who will.

Placed my order online at 1:12am. Restaurant has hours of operation listed until 2am. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order at 1:20am and was told they’re closed and never made the order. Now I’m having issues getting a refund because according to the taco bell app the restaurant was open but employees do whatever they feel like doing. So restaurant is collecting money when orders aren’t being made and employees sitting collecting a paycheck for doing nothing

I didn’t really eat in but it looked clean. The workers were polite and friendly and gave me my food fast. No mistakes were made. It’s rare for me to give a fast food joint a good rating because I usually don’t rate them. Sometimes we forget that the people making their food are human. As such I really don’t have any complaints to levy.

On 09/13 at 12:45 PM, it was embarrassing to wait for someone to help us and take our order as 3 employees were engaged in a very heated and loud conversation relative to their handling of a situation. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our “eat in” order. The staff was not friendly and were very agitated. Unprofessional, rude, and felt like we were not a welcomed customer. It was a hassle to have someone open the restroom without attitude. Very sad experience.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Whoever “N S” is don’t get food when they are working. Intentionally messed with my food all because I asked “oh can I get a Diet Pepsi” and then was looked at and said “did you order one?”. Watched the workers mess with my drink for about 1 minute before giving it to me. I’ll do everything I can to make sure they lose their jobs or the franchisee has repercussions.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell ever since it stopped being a horrible Burger King location. Now that Taco Bell has only a skeleton of a menu anymore, and at this location, a skeleton of a crew, the quality of their food has gone down even more. We used to only have to deal with burnt items from the fryer, i.e. chips had a terrible burned flavor from the oil that was probably never changed; we now regret every time we don’t sit at the window and confirm every item in fact is in the bag and correctly made. I brought home my food to only find that it was incorrect, yet again. The french fries were sad. It’s unfortunate that this location can do nothing to help Taco Bell which obviously seems to be going through troubles with its lousy menu choices anymore. If you must have Taco Bell, I would recommend going to the Joppa and Old Harford Road, location or the one on Belair Road, since there is nothing really positive to say about this location.

Hey, usually y’all are pretty consistent, but my friend just threw up after eating the soft tacos I ordered. And these chipotle chicken things… It’s like someone loosely wrapped them, got frustrated, and twisted them into place to pass them off as wrapped. I’m too nauseated to eat the rest after listening to my friend vomit. This food shouldn’t have been served. It was leaking through the wrappers. It didn’t seem fresh.

Edit: And they just told my friend that in order to refund my order he would need to go to the hospital. I could hear the call, and Sylvia had a really bad attitude. I want to appreciate the coupons you gave me “for the wait” — pretty sure y’all knew you messed it up — but coupons don’t make food edible and this experience was pretty nasty.

Google and the website states that this restaurant closes at 2 AM, but the employees are lazy and don’t like to do any work so they close early but they’re still running the clock because they answer at the drive-through to tell you they’re closed. Employees are stealing time and wasting customers time and gas.
