This taco bell used to be even worse but they have gotten slightly better. They were out of a cple items also.
The food was not good at all. Barely any cheese and thin servings. The inside wasn’t very clean and if you don’t order inside from kiosk you might be waiting a while.
I’d also say the prices are pretty high for what you actually get. Will only eat here once in a great while

My meal was horrible! I ordered the chicken nugget box. The nuggets were dry & hard! Couldn’t even eat. My tacos were broke. Such a waste of money.

I go to this location a lot because I work in the area, and i have to say, the employees are always super friendly! From experience, working in food service is a challenging job (putting it mildly) and they are always polite and it feels genuine. Life is a hard and i just always appreciate the brief positive interactions i have at this location. Are they perfect? Definitely not, and it’s not realistic yo expect that. Anytime i had an issue it was resolved in a respectful manner. Thank you for the consisent customer service!

Once I figured out I needed to do my own ordering/paying inside the restaurant, it was smooth. The food was very good and arrived quickly.
However, the ordering system is cumbersome and the many employees in the back did not offer to help. They were mostly out of earshot and avoided eye contact even though they weren’t busy doing something. Given that the corporate signage for ordering is not controlled locally, I would have expected the local employees would lean into helping to clarify the process.

My daughter bit into a piece of metal in her taco this evening. The metal is a hook used to open lettuce bags on the taco assembly line. This was escalated to corporate this evening and will be reporting to the health department tomorrow. Be careful when eating here. Never again.
Update 9.8.2022
I have yet to hear from the restaurant proprietor or even corporate. I have filed 2 BBB complaints and they can not even get a response. Legal action being taken. Be careful when eating at the Dunkirk Taco Bell. I do not want anyone else’s children to chomp or eat metal.

This is the second time I have sat in line for over 20 minutes. The 1st time, after I received my food the chips were so saturated in grease and overcooked they were not edible. This time, after sitting for over 22 minutes from the time I placed my order to still having 2 cars in front of me (thats right in 22 min only 3 cars max had moved ahead) I left without receiving my order. This is baffling for a ‘fast food’ restaurant that serves tacos and burritos. I wont be going back to this location. My time is to valuable.

Finally they will start making your food if you order on the app, but they always tape up your bags and drink. I guess they think I work for Uber eats? but you always have to check your order and rip the bag open, especially for sauces and things people dont normally get like fries and cinnamon twists
