We received a certificate in the mail for new residents welcoming us and offering a 20 inch Texas size pizza for $8 with free delivery. Decided to take advantage of the offer and we couldn’t be happier with the speed of delivery and quality of the pie! Kids said it was the best pizza they’d ever had and we agree! Arrived in less than 30 minutes, was so fresh and full of toppings, the sauce and crust were delicious as well. Will definitely make this our go-to for pizza night!

Ordered a large pizza. Received one large, edible frisbee. No slices, no lines, not even the suggestion of a cut. I’ve seen tectonic plates divide more evenly. I didn’t know this was a DIY restaurant. I paid for a pizza and apparently a side quest. I’ve never needed power tools to enjoy dinner until now. I attempted to separate it with a fork and the fork surrendered. I’m pretty sure I heard the pizza whisper, “You shall not pass.” If you enjoy tearing apart molten cheese with your bare hands like a raccoon rummaging through trash, THIS is your place.

Pizza is normally not a concern however the wings apparently are. I ordered the mango habanero wings and what I received was quite funny. I basically received regular wings with an abysmal amount of sauce on them. I would recommend the pizza all day but I don’t think I could ever recommend the wings.

Luigi’s really came through for me! On DoorDash there wasn’t an option for half and half pizzas, so I gave them a quick call and asked if it was possible. They were super nice about it, took down my name from the order, and made it happen with no problem. Little things like that make a big difference, it felt like they actually cared about making sure I got what I wanted. On top of that, the pizza was delicious. Great service and great food, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I called with a very random request for a Mac and Cheese pizza (kid requested). I laughed so hard even having to request this and the staff got a kick out of it. When I arrived it was all fun and laughs and they all worked so fast. I definitely will be going back all the time. Love this place.

My husband got the brisket pizza and enjoyed it, so he went back a few days later and got one for me to try. Unfortunately, it was really disappointing. The brisket was good by itself but half the pizza barely had any cheese on it. Basically paid for bread. I used to love this place—I live in Atlanta now but would always stop by when in town. Sadly, the quality just isn’t the same anymore.

The pie I got was absolutely delicious. I picked it up as soon as it came out of the oven AND YOU KNOW I burnt my mouth eating half of it in my car like a degenerate.

(11/19/24) I tried to make a pickup order today and I wanted anchovy’s for my pizza but I wanted them on the side instead of on the pizza. For some reason that is an extra charge. I have other people I was wanting to feed, but I like anchovies. If it’s the same price on the pizza why is it extra to put it in a cup on the side instead? I was then told it would take a week to get a refund from them for canceling my order. Cool. There went my excitement for this place.
(12/5/24) It has been almost 3 weeks and I haven’t received a refund. I tried to call the store and they essentially told me that I have to contact my bank because it’s been so long and they can’t issue me a refund. Completely unbelievable.
This place went from a 5 to a 2 for me in less than a month. Crazy work. I would have happily eaten here any time but because of the poor service I’ll find somewhere else.

First time ordering from here.. will probably never order again. Order was supposed to get delivered at 6:54pm. We got our order almost an hour later. Called the store, and the lady I spoke to about just refunding my money so I could go get dinner elsewhere told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. Food is cold, and mediocre at best. Waste of almost $60
