Want to preface this review to say I’m not a petty Karen. This place has been going downhill for a couple years and everytime we go there is some type of problem. Either they didn’t cut the pizza all the way or at all in one case. Pizza is made wrong, rude employees for no reason. The taste is not the same as it used to be. I feel like the ingredients are cheaper.

Best pizza. It has a true yeasty crust with abundance of desired topping. Chicken carbonara is a real treat. Price is reasonable. Our order is always picked up. Sometimes, it does not make it home. It is a 30-mile trip for us. The aroma is heavenly!

Something has happened to this Luigi’s! They changed their ingredients and their food do not taste as it once did several years ago. Today I picked up a couple of pizzas and I saw one of their employees go towards the back where they make the pizzas and SPIT on one of the pizzas!!! For a minute I thought he was about to throw up and so I thought there was something wrong with him!! They hire a bunch of 15 year olds who have no work ethic and SPIT ON YOUR PIZZA!!!! Never ordering from this place ever again!! CUSTOMER/BUYER BE WARE and check your food if you have the gumption to order from this location.

Two out of three isn’t bad I guess? Two of our pizzas were pretty good and prepared correctly and then the last one (half cheese half pepperoni) literally had no cheese on the cheese only side, maybe just a sprinkle on two of the slices but one had none at all… not sure what happened and honestly was quite shocked. We will probably try this location again but will definitely double check the pizzas in store lol.

Something has changed lately their once flavorful pizza has become bland. They must be using the same supplies as ask the other pizza chains now. The flavor is just gone. Just got average tasting pizza now.

This restaurant used to be legitimately good when we first moved to Clarksville 3 years ago and it was all we ate. Something has changed however. Whatever you do don’t order for delivery. The last time that we ordered delivery was in December and they were three hours late. We figured no biggie, it’s a fluke, it happens. Called them and they refunded that order.

Fresh ingredients and fast, friendly service await you at this location. They sure know how to make a mean pie that is piping hot and fresh from the oven. Moreover, this is a family owned and operated location, and they had some great offers the day I visited. I was impressed by the restaurant appearance, overall presentation and how friendly everyone in the staff is with everyone. Although they do not give a military discount, they have always supported Fort Campbell through their participation community activities and Soldier support. Keep up the good work!
