Got the grilled dipper box today for lunch. Chips were amazing, light, crisp and delicious with the hot nacho cheese. The red sauce that comes with the box was like a thick hot sauce and is very tasty. Was alot of food for only 9.98. Service was great and all the food was very good. Will be back to this taco bell for sure.

Went here to try out the new location. The food part was great. But when I was called that my order was done. I was walking from the table to the front counter, I ran directly into the store manager. She was in the same path that I was walking. She stopped in her path, not even saying a word or stepping to the side. I had to walk around her. I felt like she should have stepped to the side and let a paying customer go by. Not good for customer service. It is hard to find people with customer care that are polite. Chalk it up for being young and not caring. Also it would be nice if there was a sign to stop people from existing at the entrance of the shopping center.

My boyfriend and I are headed home from Ocean City, Maryland. We were craving Taco Bell and decided to stop off here on the way home. By far one of the WORST DECISIONS, we have made. After we waited 10 minutes we went up and asked for our cups. We then tried to get Pepsi, it was water. We tried Baja, it was water, we tried the sweet tea… IT WAS SPRAYING WATER. The only thing working was the dragonfruit MTN Dew and The Strawberry Dole. We got our food and my boyfriend was finding bits of lettuce in his burritos after asking for just meat and cheese. He got the new box with the even more taco taco and it was burnt to a crisp that the knives couldn’t even cut it. I went to use the women’s bathroom and it was clogged with urine and feces, even some on the floor. For staff checking it every ten minutes someone’s not doing their job. I won’t be stopping here on any of my trips in the future.

I waited around in the lobby after placing my order on the kiosk. Didn’t get acknowledgment that I was standing waiting for atleast 10 minutes. Finally when I got acknowledgment, she rudely asked why I was still standing around. I said I’m waiting for my food. They gave it to the drive thru. Then the drive thru lady came in, and was upset because they didn’t have her food. All around bad today. I’ve came here before and it was excellent today was a no go. When I did eat my food it was sticking to the paper and I couldn’t even fully eat it. Very disappointed.

Still clean for a taco bell, but it is brand new. Although it’s a slippery slope and I did see stuff on the floor in the kitchen. It won’t take long for it to get nasty. It was not a very family friendly place since the workers were all yelling and yucking it up, dropping lots of f bombs while we f-n waited for our f-n food.

I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where I can have a whole pizza made in the time it takes them to make 3 tacos. Awful service no on acknowledges you while waiting. They’re in lala land. Extremely slow and lazy workers. After 30mins never got my food, no refund. I asked the girl for an eta and she responded with “what’s and eta”. Completely incompetent, this why kiosks are there in place of employees. I would say the current employees are worth less than $10/hr.

On 5/3/23 between 10:30-11:00pm I stopped at this New location to pick up two chicken quesadillas. The total was $10.00+change. I handed the guy at the window a twenty dollar bill. He gave me $4.00+change and promptly closed the window. I got the attention of another worker & explained he owed me $5.00. She told him and he came back to the window saying he gave me all my change. The four one dollar bills were still in my hand. I showed him all my money which consisted of several $20.’s and $1.’s. No $5.’s we’re in the mix. When he handed me the $5.00 he still owed me he said “I’m pretty sure I gave it to you”. I said “No-You didn’t “. As if that wasn’t bad enough, one of my quesadillas was burnt when I went to eat later at home. I tried to call a manager, but it went straight to voicemail. Very Poor Training People!
