We just had lunch at your establishment (12/8 – 1:15 pm). The guy that waited on us was wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and even remembered my husband’s name when we left. Wish there were more fast food employees that are this nice! Kudos!

I would like to suggest that since Arby’s has chosen to add Sliders to the menu, adding Tacos and Spring Rolls to the menu would be something to try since Jack in the Box is no longer in the local area. Would be wise for Arby’s to fill that gap!

Extremely fast service, especially for an odd order that I made. The man on the drive thru was super friendly. I made a $1 donation and got a free coupon for a slider. He forgot to give me the coupon, and literally chased my car down to make sure I had it.

Finally… My first time! Didn’t know what to choose and soon the waitress said 2 Gyros for $6. Good deal. Woll definitely recommend to all. If looking for a change for daily lunch snack over McDs, Dunkins, Jack in the Box in this area, this is a good change. Turkey and Greek both Gyros were yummy. Thanks to the waitress. A variety of sauces and pickles to choose from.

Lovely
The man taking all the orders in the front was quick, nice, and very easy to communicate with. Not sure if he was the manager but he did a very good job and was helping tell the people in the back what he was missing. Very good at communicating with the other workers and was nice to everyone around him while still working at a very quick pace. Would recommend the food from here, the order was correct every time I’ve been and the food is great, better than other Arby’s if I might add!

I went here a couple of times before. The last time I went was 40 minutes before I started typing this review.
One specific cashier isn’t friendly, at all. She’s always like that. I always ask for “a lot of ketchup” and there’s always three packets in my bag. She never smiles, or says anything than the bare minimum.
Before I drove off I knocked on the window to ask for more ketchup. When she opened the window she said “what?”, I asked for more ketchup packets. She didn’t respond and handed me more ketchup packets that almost fell out of my hand, because she wasn’t looking when she let them go.
Usually those two are the only problems. Today I ordered my usual stuff and when I drove off I put my hand in the bag to grab a fry.
The fries were cold. I pulled into a parking lot and checked the other food. The sandwich was room temperature but the cheese was melted. The Anjou sauce was room temperature as well and leaking outside of the container.
Very unhappy after multiple not good experiences. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this specific restaurant to anyone

I frequent Arby’s and thought this would be my normal experience. Was I wrong! Same food in every way as expected but Kyle the drive thru guy made my day. What a great personality from someone enjoying his job and interacting with customers. This guy deserves a raise! Thank you Kyle for the smiles I had that I couldn’t stop even after leaving while enjoying my food. Hopefully Kyle is working when you visit. Best drive thru experience I ever had.
