First time at this location even though it’s closest to us — will not be back. Pulled up to drive-through at lunch time (11:00-ish) and voice over the speaker said, “sorry, we are temporarily closed.” Who closes at lunch hour in the middle of the week with no explanation or warning??

Finally… My first time! Didn’t know what to choose and soon the waitress said 2 Gyros for $6. Good deal. Woll definitely recommend to all. If looking for a change for daily lunch snack over McDs, Dunkins, Jack in the Box in this area, this is a good change. Turkey and Greek both Gyros were yummy. Thanks to the waitress. A variety of sauces and pickles to choose from.

Some Asian hispanic dyed poorly red insulted me by assuming i had no money. I should’ve bought the whole god damn menu because of that comment but yall aren’t gettin my money ever agin since you hire people like her. I ordered a wrap with 2 popcorn chickens and tried to correct my order by only having one but she cut me off and told me to pull forward, so i did. I then hear her yell to the back “only 1 9piece they don’t have no money its too much for them” when i make roughly $150k a year which is far more than her salary. I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered a beef n cheddar meal with fries and a drink with the sesame bun instead of onion bun (an option when ordering, not a special request). I also ordered a second beef n cheddar meal with jalapeño bites and a drink with sesame bun instead of onion bun. When I received my order it was two drinks and two beef n cheddars on onion buns, no fries and no jalapeño bites. When I reached back out to the Door Dash driver she told me that was all that the restaurant gave her, she even asked them if the one small bag was everything, the employee said yes that it was everything. I have ordered Arby’s a couple of times and every single time, the order is incorrect. It is extremely frustrating, because I like their food, but I am so tired of not getting what I pay for.

A smile can go such a long way. In this industry, your front of the house crew represents everyone. When there is so much competition, you need to make every customer feel welcomed. So, I came in after the lunch rush, and you may have waited on many people. That has nothing to do with me. I wish I had the unhappy ladies’ name cause she almost spoiled my whole day. I got a market fresh sandwich and fries. Fries were old and bread was over toasted, tasted burnt. Jamoca shake was over syruped/flavored. I used to like Arby’s, but it is hit or miss whether the quality will be consistent. I went ~9:15 at night, so that could be why.
