This is the absolute worst taco bell ever. They are ALWAYS out of something no matter the time of day. They are not helpful whatsoever no matter how many times I go. The last time I ordered from them they just stuffed three orders into one bag and the food was open, sloppy and spilled everywhere. It has been like this for years now. It’s not worth going to anymore.

Ordered on the kiosk and waited for at least 20 minutes. The one worker seemed to be in charge of doing all of the counter orders. She was working fast but couldn’t keep up with the orders. She finally fulfilled orders, however, I was still standing there as my order was cleared off the board. She promptly made it for me. The food was decent but the Cinnabon Delights were rock hard.

Genuinely incredibly frustrating to go to. I have gone to this taco bell 4 nights in a row to try and get food, and haven’t gotten my food once. First the employees all went on break and wouldn’t take orders, next the system was down and they couldn’t take our orders, and then the next two nights they were out of anything that wasn’t tacos or mexican pizza. The lines are always long, the service is always slow, and it is super frustrating waiting in line for upwards of 15 minutes to be told they’ve somehow ran out of beans and cheese for a burrito. Its been like this the entire time I’ve been going to this Taco Bell too. Super not worth it and I’m definitely going to avoid this location from now on.

Wow worst experience at not only a Taco Bell, but any fast food place ever. The absolute worst staff. They treat their job like it’s a party with friends, they don’t care about customer service. Drive thru was backed up, line in the store was out the door. But the staff cares more about chatting with their friends that popped in and made their way to the counter to talk to the folks in the back. When it was finally my turn at the counter I started ordering and the gentleman at the register, barely paying attention to me, shushed me halfway through and told me to hold on while he left the counter to go talk to a buddy that walked through the door. So disrespectful. I left after that and so did several others who realized no one in the store cared what was going on. It was a complete disaster, all the employees should be ashamed of themselves. I went to Mighty Taco where I was greeted by friendly staff that actually cared about my order. I saw other folks who left Taco Bell and were there as well. We joked about how we all left Taco Bell and came here for actual service. Such a waste of time. Never ever coming back to this location and everyone beware, if their attention to service is this bad imagine what they are doing with your food in the back

I go to this location when I’m craving Taco Bell because it’s the closest location to me. I have been there twice in the last week and have not been able to get food either time. They apparently no longer accept cash at this location. They said they’ll only take my cash if I have exact change. I went through the drive thru last time and went inside tonight. The cashier told me there was no money in the cash register. Why is there no money in the cash register? Not everyone pays electronically. I’m not going to waste my gas going here anymore just to be told I can’t buy anything.

Went through the drive through. Needed to repeat order. When we got to the window the girl had her back turned to us the entire time and never looked at us or said a word. Got food – missing items. Go inside to get the items. Inside is filthy and it took forever for someone to acknowledge me even though there was no line. Informed the worker who eventually came I was missing items. She looked at me, turned around, and I stood there not sure what was going on. She eventually handed me food without ever apologizing for the mix up. Then when we get home we realize our items had incorrect ingredients (chicken in my cheese quesadilla and I’m vegetarian).

My friends and I went to this location to grab some food quick. We wanted to order inside with the kiosks but when we got to the doors we weren’t able to go inside. The lobby looked like it was clearly supposed to be open, but the doors were tied shut with a garbage bag. The drive thru line was super long so we placed our orders online through the app ahead of time figuring that would be easier for the employees since they’re busy. When we finally get to the intercom, we were told we had to loop around the drive thru TWICE to get both orders because the system would not allow two orders to be fulfilled within one car. I have done this at other fast food restaurants and they have never had issues processing two or more online orders for one vehicle. The process of us going through the drive thru twice took about 40 minutes. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes going through the second time for an order that was already ready. While waiting at the window the second time, the employee forgot we went through the first time and could not figure out where the order was from at first. After confirming the order, the employee ignored us at the window for several minutes even though the order was already ready and has been for awhile. When we received it, there were items that were missing or wrong. While going through the drive thru, several employees went in and out of the parking lot to take turns smoking a blunt in a car parked in front of the main entrance. They did this while incredibly busy and in view of customers which we found very unprofessional.

Ordered on Taco Bell app for pickup inside. I arrive and the inside is locked and the drive thru has a massive line. I get in line and wait over an hour. I’m follow the status tracker of my food on the app and it is progressing and then says the food is ready. i get to the window and they said they never got my order. I show them my phone and confirm the location. They said its not in my system I cant help you. I try to show them my phone and they wont even look at it. They said we dont have your order and cant make it. I said the order was for inside pickup and the guy said we dont have your order. I asked if i can order again right now and he said no you have to get back in line…. I asked how to get a refund and the guy said to call my bank. I couldnt believe how bad the customer service was and how rude they were. Taco Bell should have a much easier way to get a refund. I submitted a ticket on their website but have not heard back. I still have the charge on my card.
