I was really disappointed with my recent order from Chick-fil-A. The food was poorly prepared and the portion size was completely insufficient. My order was barely half full — it honestly looked like someone had already eaten from it. For the price, I expected a proper serving, but what I received was not nearly enough. What’s the point of using a full-sized plate or container if you’re not going to fill it? It just makes the order look even more incomplete. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A for its quality and consistency, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope management reviews how orders are being prepared and ensures customers get the full portions they pay for.

I usually don’t rate fast food places, but this was one of the best serviced Chick-fil-As I’ve ever seen. Workers walk around asking if you need refills, napkins, or mints. They were all lovely and kind. A special shout out to the workers who were there at 4 pm on March 5.

I had a fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A near the Baltimore Aquarium. From the moment I walked in, the staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, even during busy hours.
Of course, the food was fresh, hot, and up to Chick-fil-A’s high standards—perfectly crispy chicken, great waffle fries, and refreshing drinks. Whether you’re visiting the aquarium or just in the area, this location is a great spot to grab a quick, satisfying meal with top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!

Got spicy deluxe chicken with the substitution of coke with dr.pepper. Overall the taste was great. Not a big portion but it was decent. The meals came with potato waffle which was really nice. Don’t forget to add chick-fil-a sauce! Service was superb! They deliver the food to your seat and clean everything just after you finish the meal. Clean and nice vibes!

I was actually kinda (pleasantly!) shocked my very 1st visit here because other locations, particularly the 1 near my apt in Glen Burnie MD, I haven’t had this type of Exceptional & Attentive Service…not EVER. It’s a Shame other places can’t train here or come, Observe, and Take Notes because this is how Customers EVERYWHERE should be Treated. Beautiful humans & Experience here, and I do 1-2X month @ this particular Chick Fil A alone, with friend/s, fam, etc. Awesome location right across the street from the Inner Harbor. You can eat in or tables outside as well. Consistently Top Notch, Efficient, Genuinely Friendly Customer Service Weekdays AND Weekends. ALL Staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is good and you are taken care of as a guest. Food is always hot (or very warm), fresh, & tasty. They are always sweeping, cleaning & sanitizing. Warmly Greeted. They taking your order right in the line. I do feel like now it’s a little less waffle fries given and the Regular + grilled chicken patties seem a bit smaller… more bun than in yrs past, but then again look @ Our Economy. So. Anyway. A few less hectic periods of time BUT generally Stays VERY Busy & Crowded Most Days. Not so loud you can’t hear & talk. Family Friendly. Dates. Eat there alone you’ll feel Comfortable too. Lunch. Dinner. Brunch. Recommend. ✌️

Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.
This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! Food was good. Service was awesome. People walking around to ensure you have everything you need. Bathrooms were clean. They even sang Happy Birthday to a very special 7 year year old. Awesome location, I highly recommend.
