Ok I will preface this by saying I am not a review type of person, in fact I am against it, but I have already done everything I can to try and find higher management for this store to no avail. So here goes nothing, first of all my order was made incorrectly, but before that while ordering my food inside, I told the “manager” I wanted 2 items she took it as I wanted them together I said oh no I would like both separately. The she proceeded to strike me with an attitude and a strange face. As I waited there were multiple other customers inside that were served before me who had ordered after me. Then I watched the so called “manager” begin to point at me and talk to other employees while she ate food off of the line with her gloves on and then made other people’s food. I am outraged and yes I understand it’s entry level employment and it’s just fast food but these are full grown adults acting like children. Lazy and rude. If anyone can put me in contact with the regional manager of this store or even owner of the franchise that would be great. I would love to speak with them.

The last time I was here I got a beef chalupa and the wrap was the freshest I’ve ever had. I get Taco bell often and I was impressed. However this last time the chalupa wasn’t so fresh but service was good. I def recommend this location.

Not good need to put meat in there recipe I got a wrap with mush no beans no real hamburger just sauce with mush in it probably the side or the grease off of some burger or something to make it feel like or taste like it had it in it they need to get better with that people know ground beef looks like in the sauce stop

I think there should be a little more care put into the job. Everything I got wasn’t made with care. Thrown together sloppily. Some Items weren’t even made correctly. I was very specific and clear with my order as I understand communication through the speaker can be misinterpreted. Instead of getting Cinnabons I got 2 things of nachos. The cheesey fiesta potato’s we’re loaded with nacho cheese no sour. It shows how little the people at this store care. Not only that but the employees were outside took a whole 10 minutes to take my order. The girl told me there was no nacho cheese?? Sounds like laziness. And then proceeded to go look for some. Also online says open til 12 and they close at 10:30. Will never go here. I came off rude to the manager wasn’t my intention but I think anybody would be as frustrated as I am if you wasted 40$ and couldn’t eat your food.

I’m honestly surprised this place is even open. I just left this place, the workers were more worried about talking out front and smoking then they were taking our order. One worker said they closed at 10 the other one said they closed at 12pm but then there was a third voice that said were closed, and the only thing they were serving was hard and soft tacos. I ordered tacos, sat at the window for 15 minutes, they tossed me my food and walked away. As I was driving away, there was a kid no older than 8 years old sweeping and mopping the lobby while the two workers were back outside smoking. Stay far away from this place, I cant even eat my food because this is how I recieved it. 26$ for 6 tacos.

Stale and cold chalupa, it was not even warm. You can tell from the picture that it was prepared way ahead of time and this picture is take within 5 mins of getting the order. Never going back to any taco bell. I’m disgusted and grossed out for taco bell now.

Hands down the worst location I’ve ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waited in line with 1 other car for 20 minutes just to get to the window. The man who gave the food to the car in front of me, leaves the window and started taking carpets outside. Finally get my COLD food AND my soda is flat. This location is terrible.
