We love the food at this KFC! The employees are gracious and friendly. The biggest hurdle for me to make this a 5 star fast food place is the fact that they are ALWAYS understaffed. My family and I went there on a week day around dinner time and we were told there was an hour wait for service as the shop only had two people working! Two! On a busy weekday when everyone was getting out of work! When we finally got up to the window the two ladies apologized for the inconvenience. It was worth the wait though because the food was delicious.

If only i could give negative stars in Google reviews. Abosulte nonsense food served. Food is half-cooked everytime ,especially for taco bell. I enjoyed eating taco bell so much before moving to this region but this taco bell has almost made me dislike the food. Absolute disappointment and disaster this tacobell. Needs a management change or more worker training on how to cook food and not be rude to customers.

We waited in the outdoor drive up for 15 minutes and the line did not move. My husband got out and went inside to order, I parked the car. He ordered at 12:05, two Burrito and a soda. While we we waited for our number to be called we searched for a clean place to sit. There were none. The woman behind the counter taking orders was raising her voice and arguing with customers. By 12:32 we suspected that our order of two burritos had fallen through the cracks. We started out asking politely why it was taking so long and the older woman who needed to comb her hair and clean herself up started with a sarcastic pontification about how we had to wait our turn, they were understaffed and they had not yet started our order. The young guy making the food clearly was not happy and was literally throwing the food ad he made the tacos etc. At 12:40 we asked for our $15.00 back so we could leave because we couldn’t wait any longer. We were told that it was too bad but they would not give us our money back even though no food had been exchanged. We asked for the manager and was told he did not come in until after 3.

Went to Taco Bell in West Lebanon, NH. Order, went to pay window waited 40 minutes. I asked the person at the drive thru window how much longer his answer was as long as it takes. I said excuse you. Then his response was that only one person was working the line and he is sick. So I told him to refund my money and he goes oh it would be ready in 5 minutes. Finally got our food which suck. What a waste of 50.00 dollars. Drive by others waiting in line told them they are wasting their time. The drive thru empty out. Management socks there.

This location struggles. The staff is always kind and respectful but it’s pretty clear they are all on their last nerve from having to explain various items aren’t available. I mean, it’s fast food so I’m not expecting greatness but damn. If you venture here give the workers some extra grace.

Save yourself the disappointment at best, and food poisoning at worst, and go literally anywhere else for a meal. Combative, ignorant management. Food not kept at proper temperatures, stone cold when “fresh” out of the prep area. This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Only the St. Albans, VT and St. Johnsbury, VT locations are worse.

The food was really good and the service was excellent but however or whatever happens. It seems like there wasn’t so many people but they would be completely out of items that are on the menu like pot pies ,famous bowls and it seems like we were waiting on our food and that they weren’t keeping up with timing of one to cook food we waited a good 25 minutes or more
