Too lazy to drop new chalupas so they threw old ones back in the fryer. Girl at the window is always rude as hell. Ordered a taco no lettuce and was given a taco supreme? Ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito and was given a beef quesarito? I’m always nice when I go to fast food because I work in fast food myself, so I know NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS ITS NOT A HARD JOB! I’ve tried to talk to managers but they’re just not interested, also very rude when you try to be nice and point out things their employees clearly did wrong so I didn’t bother this time, just won’t be back I guess

Absolutely horrible experience they do not close at 12. They close at 10 because we showed up at 10:15. They told us they couldn’t make our order because it was impossible rude staff… Play should be shut down North Providence in Johnston much better service.

It’s Taco Bell. I get take out when I visit. I don’t dine in. Hard tacos are my favorite. I love the Mexican pizza when you can get it.

Today Friday august 18th. I walked in at 11:40pm, this location closes at 12am. As soon as I walked in, the employee says “I don’t know how that door is unlocked, we are closed” mind you their hrs are till midnight. He just kept saying that they were closed.

My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Ordered a crunchy taco supreme combo, which they gave to me without sour cream. When I told the young man about it, he said I ordered it that way, I told him I hadn’t, at which point he asked to see my receipt. I was astounded he was making such an issue about sour cream. He walked into the prep area to ask a middle aged woman if it was okay to give it to me, returned & grudgingly dropped a small sauce container of sour cream on the counter. I told him I’d ordered 3 tacos, and he said that was the amount of sour cream that is on 3 tacos. At this point, the middle aged woman came over, told me the same thing, said she was going to refund my money because they couldn’t satisfy me, and said I was getting loud, all while passive aggressively calling me “hon”. At that point, I told her to stop calling me that because it was demeaning & offensive. And I offered to pay for the extra sour cream, which as it turned out, came to the grand total of 86 cents! Again, astounding that they would treat a customer so rudely over such a small issue! In my opinion, if 86 cents is going to make or break a franchise, then the owners need to find a new profession!
