Vegetarian options are not the main event, but what they offer is very tasty. The options on the vegetarian plate were all well seasoned and very good. The beets with citrus and goat cheese side was delicious. Corn bread muffins are a winner. Grits were nondescript in taste but great texture under the okra.

I had higher hopes for this place with regards to food. The service was fantastic but the food was sub par for a dinner. The cornbread bites were the highlight although at $10 would not repeat. It was not seasoned well, very salty and a very high price for the quality of the plate. Noted also the veggie plate was quite disappointing…more veggie options would be appreciated. The converted house provides a fun atmosphere although our table was not located in a great spot at the back.

I had a fantastic birthday meal at Table & Main…fried chicken, Brussels sprouts, and a perfect Manhattan, followed by a glass of bubbly and a delicious chocolate caramel tart! Dom, my server, was attentive and helpful. Matt, the GM, checked in on me and I enjoyed our conversation. Thanks to everyone at T&M for a wonderful evening!

Our first dining experience at Table & Main was rather meh. Very good service, cute restaurant and pleasant ambiance. The food – that’s where it went south. The pork and coleslaw appetizer was so ordinary and unremarkable. The shrimp and grits were quite good. The fried chicken was okay but kinda dry, Mac and cheese is 5 out of 5 stars. Generally speaking, the food was so ordinary. I left wondering what the big deal was. And I also felt that it was over priced for what you got.

My rating may seem harsh, but it’s based on the execution of my order. The staff were very attentive without hovering. The restaurant is in an old house, very quaint and well appointed. I ordered the burger, medium rare. It was cooked more like a sushi grade tuna steak: seared on the outside, raw in the middle. It was closer to steak tartare than a burger. It’s a good thing that beef was of excellent quality because it still tasted delicious. But I ordered it medium rare and it was delivered very rare. My colleague said his shrimp were cooked to perfection so maybe my burger was an oversight.

Celebrated our 47th marriage anniversary here. Had the fish selection, which was cooked to perfection! Loved the fried green tomatoes and fried greens. The manager, hostess, and servers greeted us and wished us well. Our server was attentive and we did not wait long for our food to arrive. This is one of our favorite places to dine and plan to celebrate future anniversaries there. I love this place!
