This is a cute little place. It has a sitting area that is pretty much all wood, giving it a cozy feel. The woman who took out order was one of the most efficient, professional, and friendly encounter I’ve ever had at an eatery like this. The menu is nice and big on the wall. The prices are about what you would expect. They have a lovely display case that shows their salads and desserts.

The pizza was really good, but what really blew us away was the service. Each member of the staff that interacted with us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, Rob was next level accommodating. Anything you need, he’d make it happen. He made sure we were happy and taken care of. He made it a very pleasant experience, it was nice to see someone so passionate about their work and about customer satisfaction. 10/10 recommend.

$37 for a large steak and cheese, 3 slices of pizza and 4 20 Oz sodas. The steak and cheese is like a steak um the steak wasn’t even spread out over the whole sub. My wife got a half sub with half the meat and for the second time in a row they forgot something in my order. Done with this place. Food is average at best, over priced and they can’t get a order correct.

Ordered online it took 90min to be ready for pick up. It is all burnt n rice is hard. Didn’t even give plastic utensils to eat. Had to go back. I should of asked for refund but the female gave attitude when asked how much longer. Her response well didn’t it tell you when you put order in.

I had the Razorback sub today and it was one of the best subs I’ve ever had. The pizza my grandsons had was also amazing. The onion rings were even cooked to perfection . The cheeseburger my granddaughter had was gobbled up and she’s normally a chicken finger eating machine. My wife’s double bacon steak and cheese sub was extremely tasty to her and she’s a tough one to please when it comes to food… These folks really know how to feed and treat their customers. Super friendly service!

Great people that work there very friendly! Not the greatest sub shop in Pelham I would go else where. Buffalo mozzarella sticks were just soggy wet mozzarella sticks that sat in Buffalo sauce for a while I get it good sales pitch no where else has them but awful don’t waste your money. Cheese in the calzone wasn’t melted barely any chicken. Go else where. The people that work there are the nicest people just not great food.

Great pizza!! Suppas has been around for many years. The owners have come and gone, but they are true to their NY style pizza thin and cooked just right. The sauce is not sweet but savory, and there is plenty of yummy cheese . Their large pizzas are true to their size with plenty of cheese and fresh ingredients.

Owner is very nice, very communicative, very compassionate. Very awesome service and workers are so nice. I started coming with a friend on a wheel chair, and now it is my friend’s favorite spot to eat. Would definitely recommend.
