The BBQ was absolutely delicious! I got the 1 lb of just meat and although it really didn’t need any sauce, I smothered it in their white BBQ sauce that was equally as delicious. I try to stay strictly zero to no carb and this plate was perfect for my needs. I ate my daughter’s side of green beans and I ordered a side salad, which consists of iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese. Everything I ate was great. My wife got the #78, which is a deep fried baked potato covered with sour cream, bacon, cheese, jalapenos, and a meat of your choice (she got the smoked chicken). She said her meal was delicious as well. Our daughter got the chicken fingers but said they were a little gooey. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired. They had a football game on, but it was muted. I don’t like being in a super loud restaurant, but I could practically hear what people were thinking around us. Some background noise of some sort would be a welcome addition.

I went to this place last week for the first time and the food was good and ya’ll have to try that special ranch sauce it is soo good !! The food was great and the owner and all of the workers are so very friendly too!!! I recommend you go to Hambone’s BBQ you will not regret it !! I had the BBQ plate. I asked for it to be chopped, and the waitress was super nice and polite. Also, sweet potato fries with butter and powdered sugar. I wanted to try the potato salad, and it was fantastic. I was impressed that a manager or owner cane to the table and checked on us. You dont see much of that anymore. I will be back.

It’s a no from me.. very dry, Old/cold fries. Over half of my cheese is stuck to the wrapper. Definitely will stick to mookies loaded fries.

The Pulled Pork sandwich was amazing!! The loaded potato was okay. The sauces were pretty good. The atmosphere is like your home town bbq restaurant. It would be nice if the tv was playing or if there was music to break up some of the awkward silence. The menu is pretty simple which is refreshing. Another positive thing is that you can smell the bbq from the moment you pull up. If you’re at a bbq and you can’t smell it then there is a problem!
