Ordered food and the had to pull around the front to wait forever for my food to come out, only to have two items wrong, missing two items and no straws. Went in to get my order corrected and after waiting another 10 minutes I finally get my food and the two items are still wrong and one item still missing and I try to tell the employee that it was wrong again but she decided to ignore me instead. So I had to go somewhere else so my son could get something to eat that didn’t have cheese on it. Two soft tacos (meat only) how hard could it be?

This is a brand new location. I do not understand the 1 star reviews. There are 4 order kiosks and 1 front end cashier if you prefer a person-to-person interaction. The restaurant was clean. The manager had a firm grasp on the order process and kept the crew on task. The inside service was a little slow as they seemed focussed on moving the drive thru line. I waited approximately 7 minutes to recieve my order. If they had completed in less than 5, I would have given 5 stars. Overall, it was a solid, fast food interaction.

Went through drive thru at 8:20 PM today—- no one in drive through and 4 cars in parking lot. Upon pulling up to speaker was greeted with “You’re going to have to come in or we can’t take your order because we’re busy and the orders are getting mixed up”. I just worked a 13 hour ER shift so I know what it means to be busy, but how does ordering inside stop you from mixing up an order that’s literally listed item by item on the ticket? Needless to say, I decided not to go in because that doesn’t inspire much confidence. Your order is the same no matter whether you’re handing it to me through the window or over the counter.

Service was topnotch and attentive and very welcoming. Atmosphere always great. Love the Artwork. I had 3 Crunchy Tacos Supreme w/ Shredded Cheddar & Mild Taco Sauce. Very enjoyable! Fountain Drink was a Large Pepsi. Have to say this. Always ALWAYS best from the Fountain in the Place. Adds an extra verve that way! Why “Four” for The Food? Always room to improve. Glad that “The Bell” came here though. Third visit and I hope a few more are en route! Thanks, B.W.

We arrived at 5min after 9 and almost left before ordering because the manager and two customers were locked in a cussing match. Hesitantly I placed our order anyway and received the cups for our drinks at 9:15 however we didn’t get our food until 10:15 With multiple people coming in after us ordering and receiving their food within 5-10 min after ordering. They were not short staffed either (like the employees claimed) as they had at least 8-10 employees. All but two of which were doing anything other than standing around acting like a lump on a log and staring into space.The manager claimed it was the computer acting up which I could tell was bull by the way he acted when he said it.
